Please explain to me, because I am really confused as to why someone would use this setup? It just seemed to me that filling and refilling was a huge hassle; especially when compared to using something like the GSAs and all of their relatives.

I keep a couple CartoTanks in my rotation because they (for me) give a quite different vaping experience. (Not more...or less...flavor/vapor...just different.)

I usually take them when I'm headed out the door...because they are so easy to top off. Leaving it attached to my VV V3 => insert "refilling drip tip" => raise tank => squeeze in E-Joose => lower tank => replace normal drip tip => you're done. Takes maybe a minute...tops.

Priming a carto (required before its first use) is incredibly easy with an IBTanked "Thingy". Put the CartoTank in the Thingy => twist the cap tight/loose 12-15 times (until the cotton looks wet or a drop of E-Joose is seen on the 510 pin) => you're done. Takes 2 minutes...tops.

The guy playing that thing was a skinny kid with a tenor sax when I knew him, in 1965.
I wonder what he's been feeding that sax? Mejor no preguntar.
