Eleaf istick pico 75w

Hi I'm new to the vaping world my boyfriend bought me an istick pico and he some how screwed on the automizer too tightly. So now I can't change my coil. What do? I tried using dice'm too loosen it but I feel like I just tightened it even tighter.

Do you have a large rubber band or any strip of rubber? If so it might give you a better grip. You can also use a pliers, opened up to the larger diameter, with the rubber band but be careful not to scratch your Pico or the tank.

I've tried literally everything! Pliers, rubber bands dice'm which is used to open jars and stuck door knobs. Do you know which way I should be turning it?

Mine are all counter clockwise to remove

Maybe I'm not strong enough? Or am just not doing it right? But I'm freaking out and am so scared that I'm ruining it

If your tank is stuck on the Pico you can insert a narrow bar, like an electronic screwdriver through both airflow holes in the base, for leverage, then turn the screwdriver counterclockwise to loosen it off. Cheers.

Yep, counter clockwise to loosen. That would be from top down.

Sometimes putting it in the freezer, for about 10-15 min., helps. Different metals expand and contract at different rates.

Last resort is to take it to a vape shop to see if they can help.

I'm just going to wait to for my boyfriend to come home from work see if he can loosen it. But I'm still trying!

Glad you got it sorted out! Pico's are a great device, but can be a little complicated for new users, beyond the unscrewing of tanks!

Just remember for most screw-on stuff (looking straight on) - "lefty loosey, righty tighty".

Just remember for most screw-on stuff (looking straight on) - "lefty loosey, righty tighty".

Once I got it off I screwed it on really loosely thank you!
