Eleaf Pico mega tank locked, won't open.

tank is completely sealed I added in a little juice and tighten it now it won't open it just slips off my fingers. This is crazy I don't know why it won't open.

Is this how eleaf males their products? Maybe I should have gone with the cool fire 4 instead.
