Well, to let you are know that David finally responded to my email. However, the Indulgence was out of stock and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks. Again, no correspondence for a tracking number or notice of shipment. I contacted him again on Oct 25th and he informed me they were testing all kits and would ship in 4 hours. Oct. 28 still no tracking # so emailed again and shipment was again delayed and would be shipped that afternoon.Finally got the shipment and all was there, but inspecting shipment there was a defective extended cup (no spring inside to support the batteries), 2 901 adapters did not have the threads on them, and 801 atomizers were sent instead of 901.I sent email to David on Nov 16th advising the problems and still no response. Honestly I don't know what all the hype is about the Indulgence, I was NOT impressed. Not enough vapor even with LR attys, no low battery indicator until you get a mouth full of liquid (can't judge it by amount of vapor because there's not enough to tell). I honestly wish I had agreed to a refund instead of waiting for this order that took 5 months to get!!!! I'd be happy to get that refund now and return the merchandise, however, 5 months worth of waiting should justify a refund without my expense of returning the items, but then again I don't think they will be any use to me anyway, like I said NOT IMPRESSED!

I am sorry to hear about your misfortune’s with your order JoyceTee.

I think though that mail ordering is also a bit of a difficult thing, regarding preference within a product. I have two Indulgences’, and I am quite happy with them. Check out one of the You tube review videos on the Indulgence to make compare your device to make sure there is nothing wrong with the vapour production of your device.

Else you can always talk to Selina <support@eastmall.net>. I think David has quite a hectic schedule from time to time.

most people have been and still are very happy with their products from Eastmall.......

Unfortunately this is not the case for you Joyce,

I am also sorry that you have had such issues with yours,

as Barts said, David has had an extremely busy schedule over this last 6 months,
he has been, doing many things to try to improve eastmall, and it's products,

anyways,

my best advice to you is

there is a return place right there in the USA so the return will not cost you much,
and
AND

I will talk to David,

I will get you a full refund - you return it all
and I will even give you back your mail cost to return it to Chris in the USA.

you said it was 400.00 I will put an extra 25.00 for postage to chris-

I apologize as well... this definitely isn't a typical experience in terms of customer service, ship times, and Indulgence performance. I hope you decide to keep your status as a regular Eastmall customer, but if not, we'd be really sorry to see you go. As long as you don't go back to using analogs, it's still a win for the e-cig cause either way :)

Well... the thing with the Indulgence is at first I loved and then I didn't after I got my Rivas. But now I love it again with a LR801! I use it every day again. So I think maybe it has a great deal to do with the atties one uses. LRs make a huge difference for sure. I do notice it gets real weak once the batteries start running down. Just pop in fresh batts and off you go! I'm using 3.7 volt.

I PLACED AN ORDER ON 7/23, WAS SENT A TRACKING #, AFTER ALMOST 2 WEEKS STILL COULD NOT TRACK IT, CONTACTED EM AND IT NEVER SHIPPED, THEN THEY DECIDED TO MAKE PARTIAL SHIPMENT AND ONLY SENT ME THE JUICE AND DRIP TIPS. I HAVE CONTACTED DAVID YANG BY EMAIL CONSTANTLY SINCE THEN. HE FINALLY SHIPPED MY INDULGENCE "PIECES" WHEN I HAD ORDERED THE KITS. HE DID NOT SHIP BATTERIES, CHARGES, ATOMIZERS OR CARTS. THEY SAID IT WOULD SHIP IN 2 WEEKS (AUG 14) THEN SAID THEY WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE FINISH AND REFUSED THOSE. I HAVE EMAILS STARTING FROM AUG 2nd BACK AND FORTH WITH DAVID YANG ABOUT MY ORDER AND HERE IT IS OCT. 6th AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE COMPLETE INDULGENCE KITS OR THE EXTENDED CUPS BATTERIES OR CHARGERS. ON SEPT 18th DAVID YANG PROMISED HE WOULD BE SENDING MY ORDER ON THE 20th, STILL NO PRODUCT AND NO RESPONSE I SENT TO HIM 2 DAYS AGO ABOUT MY ORDER. ALL EMAILS WERE SENT TO BOTH DAVID YANG AND THE SUPPORT EMAIL. HE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL SENT TO HIM 2 DAYS AGO WHICH I INCLUDED COPIES OF THE PREVIOUS EMAILS. DAVID YANG......... WHERE IS MY $400????????????

David has agreed to my proposal

we will refund you totally your money spent on the products but not the original shipping

we will however refund the cost to you to return it all to Chris in USA.


you must ship all the products in the order to Chris
please IM him for an address to return them to him.

when Chris has it all,

we will refund you completely plus the postage to get it to Chris.
