Agreed 100% Mindfield...:toast: Get rid of the "second rate disposables" that a polluting the opinions of newb vapers. They are causing smokers to turn their backs on vaping. ECTA is the only way HC will possibly see the real compliment of vaping.

I do agree on getting ride of all the second rate disposables and shady vendors that sell bad quality overpriced products. It just makes the rest of us look really bad. Currently I'm in the process of educating everyone in my region about it. It does help that I have a bar here and I'm getting 2 of my barmaids to use it =D, what sucks is that I have to do all the education in French =(

There must some anglo speaking patrons at your bar isn't there? Well maybe bilingual will work.

Not usually, some of them might speak at little bit of english but that about it. Its only a local bar in Mont-Saint-Hilaire. This area is purely french lol. My french is a little bit rusty after staying in the US for 5 years. Plus terminology and technical terms in french for vaping is kind of a stranger to me lol.

a couple of months into my vaping journey I heard this exact same scenario - then a few months after that nicfitnation was forced to sell 0mg liquid. I was worried at first when this was still new to me, but just as neon has said, not too worried about this round now.

To me it just feels like scare tatics working its way into the vaping community via a great vendor being forced up against the wall. Hopefully vapor solutions can continue to run the business without offering nicotine in their juice.

Health Canada and customs can go right ahead and try and stop it. I will find a way around their little game if that's how they want to play it, just like everyone else can.

There are too many of us with to many connections to have this affect us. It is scary though as I don't want any vendor to close down as I like having 50 options for one type of product (meaning 50 variations of juice x and atty z, cause each one is just a little different and I like that).

I just hope that things change (sooner rather than latter) as I don't want to see any other good vendors go.

This is not an illegal substance and it is for your own use. Unless you were bringing in a boatload for reselling, it should not be an issue with declaring.

Your right nicotine is not illegal, but health canada (apparently almighty god) has not given this form of nicotine mixture market authorization.

Try Flavourcrafters.biz out that's who I use. Most of these letters legally are more of a "please stop" rather than "official cease and desist" notification but it's better for vendors to pay attention than to not. With a legitimate co-op now forming legalities are more likely to be challenged in the future. We all have to just hold out or Health Canada will find it going underground without even responsible vendors making our juice, black markets are NOT a good thing to encourage IMHO. I'm thinking this is all because HC is government funded and the government makes BILLIONS off of smokers. Our current government calls the shots and does not seem to permit silly things like reason, science or evidence encroach on the important things like ideology or profit.

Can you pm me something more about the co-op being formed - it's not something that should be posted publicly?

I find it ridiculous that HC would shut down our suppliers and force some people back onto cancer sticks, it blows my mind. It is crazy that they would be legal and ejuice is not, i understand it is not regulated and could be dangerous but having seen many relatives die of lung cancer from smoking it is craziness, this is all about money imo, if HC isnt regulating and taxing ejuice they are going to try to crush it, bulls**t. What worries me is that having started vaping after quitting smoking many years ago, and i really like vaping, helps me sleep better and regulates my crazy mind, i am going to have to go back to quitting nicotine again as i have NO desire to smoke an analog, which means back to sleeping horribly and draging myself through the day....this has been a badly constructed rant, i appologize, it just pisses me off.

Can you still buy nic liquid face to face or is it banned all together? bnrk

This is just one vendor that has been shut down, there are still many canadian vendors online, but as far as face to face sales you would have to ask them, i do believe they have a physical store front......
