Sorry for the late response...Shipping was $12, Yes, I ordered from them, but I'm still waiting on that order to get through customs/get here. I ordered 10 blank carts, 1 m4xx atomizer, and 3 of those bottles, for 49.50 total?...yeah give or take a few cents...
Simon Over at e-cigs.co.uk has said there his manufacturer has no plans on stopping production of 3.6% ( 36mg ) so it certainly isnt every manufacturer.
As for the willingness to pay an extra 25% for 36mg juice ...ARE YOU MAD !!!!
e-liquid prices are WAY overpriced in the west already..for the cost of production to the cost of re-sale comparison there is a ridiculous mark-up..but heck..seems we're all willing to pay through the nose for the stuff.

I didn't read through all 7 pages here so I don't know if this was said...but I see Central Trade is no longer selling 36mg either....highest looks to be 26mg. They say this:

I just place an order with RuyanDirect, whom i've ordered from before, and have been very pleased with. I bought 2 bottles of 36mg. Shipping takes about 7-10 days for $12. Im on the west coast.

Great next they will seal up the carts and ecigs, and sell the carts in packs like real smokes. Then the FDA can tax them and they can make lots of money, only problem is big tobacco and the FDA are sleeping together. USA dealers are running scared already, or why would they all be selling low nico juice already.
They were told by their bosses to stop making it, and unlike a lot of us westerners they don't question, they just do. It's their mentality to continuing on in their jobs. Now we can start all the theory crafting we want, but have we ever figured out who shot JFK yet?

I have found places in China and the Usa that sell pharm grade nicotine at 94%. The US stuff is almost twice as expensive. Runs close to $400 to $600 a KG which should be close to a liter. Dont have the money right now to order it. Must have a company tax ID # to buy. Looks like i might have to find the money some where. You can make a lot of 18mg/ml with that.

Before I gave up analogs , I would vape straight 36mg juice for a week straight and not really feel anything,but if I took just one hit off a Marlboro LITE analog I would completely head rush lol....NOW THAT'S NICOTINE!!!
But that's just me I guess.

The will have beter luck getting it passed with 26 and below.
Lets be honest, I don't think they are dropping down to 26 MG to appease the FDA. The FDA is not happy with any E-Juice even low doses such as 6 MG. I think there is more to the story, but only have hearsay about the reasoning behind the whole 36 MG stuff. To be all honest I think 36 MG is pretty strong and could not imagine vaping 36 straight.
36 mg totally has its place for heavily addicted smokers. 36 mg straight really can help some of trying to beat back an extreme analog craving first thing in the morning, or after meals or alcohol, etc. Not for everyone, and not a long-term plan for getting off nicotine, but still...
