The wait is killing me lol.Might be getting a new car tomorrow too, so I'm getting kinda antsy.

The bowl and dye is actually finished on your pipe. All that we have left to do is cut the cap, bore, and install the electronics.
I may be able to finish it by the end of the week and ship it out. We've got a lot in front of us so no promises but it is very close to done. I may post some pics up tomorrow :)

Hey IonRedline Here are a few pictures of your pipe :) I wasn't able to do much with it today, but it should be ready to ship out sometime next week :)

Your pipe-making skills have come a long way from the proto pipe.

Agreed Jason, it helps to have so many custom orders. People are constantly helping me discover new stuff weather it be wood, technique, atty hubs, shapes etc. You guys are awesome!

Thanks for the help

Not as cool as the full priced "real pipes" but I'm really excited for my custom csquared that's coming. Its got a certain gnarly, boxy charm that is pretty unique. Great service too! its exactly what I asked for. #001! Here's some pics that Matt sent me today:

Those two pipes on the last page are gorgeous. Someday I'll have to pick up a fully carved one :p

Hey Matt, I had a curious question. Is the plan to cut the cap below the line to make the look of the center ring in the bowl? If that makes sense to ya.

Hey bro I was trying to figure out what you meant by this and I realized I missed a line from the picture you had sent.
peirseapi999.html

I had been looking at a small picture of this pipe and didn't see the second line since they are so close together.
The plan was to cut the cap on the line and only have one line (my bad). At this point it is too late to change the look.
However if you want I do have one more piece of briar and I could make another one.

Sorry I missed that,
Let me know.

My box pipe came today and its even cooler than I hoped! Its much smaller than I expected. Its totally comfortable in my hand despite the boxiness of it. I absolutely love how unique it is. The finish is really nice and exactly what I requested. I got a couple extra buttons in different styles so I could customize it even more. I also did the simple ego code mod that involves cutting the end off of a rubber cartomizer cap and putting it on the atomizer fitting. I had to fold it over on itself and it makes a really tight seal. It took about 5 minutes to do and its on there solid and strait. I'm really enjoying using this thing and I couldn't be happier. The gnarly natural look is a perfect compiment to my super sleek p16. These 16340 batteries are the perfect blend of size and battery life, they last me almost exactly one day. The serial number is a great touch and makes it feel even more special. Here's a few more photos with the atty and the different style buttons I ordered with it:

I highly recommend their box pipes as a stylish, custom and affordable 3.7v mod. Thanks Matt for doing an excellent job. Great service and flexibility with customization!

Thanks theECB, I'm vaping my face off right now. More than happy to post photos of my new toys :D. Its so much smaller than those original photos made it look. I just stuck a mega ikenvape cartomizer on it which is about 3 times the length of a standard 510 atty and its got more pipe-like proportions with that on there. I'm finding that I prefer it without the cone when using an atty because it looks a bit stubby that way. The ego cone is also working as a juice catch just like it does on the ego, also excellent!

Thanks for the review Spec. The box pipe is actually the PV I use the most right now. Between grimy shop hands and going fishing this mod can take a beating and I don't worry about it much. I still have my favorite pipes that are for more "fancy" occasions. It's nice to have a show piece but the box pipe is a die hard mod for sure.

So glad you're liking yours. I do recommend you use an IMR 18350 in it though. It's all around a much better battery.
