What other cartos can I use with the pipe that will fit the "fat" pipe stems?! Not a big fan of the ego dual coils, and I don't believe that the IMR will be enough to power it to the level I like vaping at. My favorite setup at 3.7 is with a 1.7 Smoktech Single Coil (Resurrector).

How are you supposed to use the pipe with the Ego Type B atties? Keep taking the stem off to top off the juice every 5 or 10 minutes?

Is there any way to mod the fat stems to work with the 1.7's and a dripshield?

Going to start looking back through the threads to see if these were answered before.

I'm in the same boat as you bud. I have a few old 510 drip tips, a dremel and some heat-shrink tubing. I'm going to try and fuse my fat stem with the end of a trimmed down drip tip. Pics to come (when my pipe gets here, and if it doesn't turn out like crap)

I just took a walk to the local tobacconist shop, and even though they have a ton of pipes for sale, they don't sell the stems.. sigh! I think I'm going to go for broke, and order up a 510 stem from Epipemods, as well as some ego dual coils to test out what I like.. I have a feeling the 2 fat stems that I have are going to end up being put away and I'll end up using the 510 stem in conjunction with a dripshield and resurrector.

What's a dripshield?

And yeah, I bit the bullet also, and bought one of those universal-510 fit stems from epipemods. It should come about 8 days after I get my pipe.

Ok, picked up a Clear Smoke Church Warden and Tortoise Shell Peterson universal stem along with some Mega Dual Coils. Now, the waiting begins. I've been experimenting with a 1 inch long 510-510 connector, XL Dual Coil and drip shield plus a ming drip-tip and I have to say, it looks pretty sweet that way too.

How long do the 18350 IMR's last with a dual coil anyway?

I'm sur you hear this all the time, but though I've been interested in the idea of e-pipes for some time (noob) I just got serious about looking this last week or so, and your work is beautiful! Now having said that, upon discovery I immediately went to your website and found a long list of out of stock beautys :(

Thinking that perhaps the stock photos were more for reference, I filled out the contact form to see if I needed to customorder, or what the process was and have not heard back. Can someone give me a hint? :)

Any tips/hints/help greatly appreciated :D

Ok, all the pics you see are actual one of a kind pipes. He leaves the pictures up after they sell. There is a section called new pipes. Everytime he releases pipes they go in that section and the older ones get filed away in catagories. He just released a new batch a couple weeks ago. It looks like they are sold out but I didnt check closely. He is working on a version 2 of the single battery style currently so he said they will not release again until April. You will have to watch this thread. He releases the date for them to go on sale a week or more before they hit the site. He will even post preview pics. When they hit the site you need to be ready to buy. They go quick. All gone within a few days and the choice pieces are gone in minutes. Hope that helps and is what you were asking.

Almost forgot. Yes you can also cutom order whatever you can dream up. He has a phone number on the website and usually answers emails within a day. So just try again if he doesnt get back right away.

I have never hit refresh on a web page so many times before.

Well I'm old and have never been very good at 'jump on it before it's gone' so I'll probably never have one, but I thank you for clueing me in, and will keep an eye out. Who knows....maybe I'll get lucky.

Thanks so much.

Madvapes just started selling ego type b or emdcc to 510 drip tip adapters in delrin. Pretty awesome, would like to see what could be done with em on epipe mods :)

What they need is one that goes the other way.. 510 - EMDCC tip adapter. That way I can use my FAT stems with my 510 cartos. Oh wait a minute, I just bought the universal pipe stems. Nevermind! :)

Hey Bos.
Our pipes are always out of stock... they just sell too fast for us too keep up with the demand.
HOWEVER!!! We recently have made a few new hires and changes to the design!
This will allow us to make A LOT more in a shorter time.
New Pipes (the Version 2) will not hit the site until early April.
WE WILL HAVE A MASSIVE SELECTION!!! and hopefully we will be able to maintain it as well :D
Hope this will help your quest.

Hey Dusty- Those 1 inch long adapters are meant for charging with a .5 amp rate.
The Gauge of wire between the two center posts is probably like 50g. (paper thin)
It may work for a while but the current draw on many atties is far too high for that tiny wire to handle.
They can pop and cause shorts easily.
It's not hard to take one apart and rewire it with a heavier gauge though.

Just thought I'd give you a heads up there...
