I am juicing it up in this thread because I am talking specifically juice for epipes...and by epipes I mean exclusvely EPM's, as that is all I own. I am sticking to tobacco vapes, period. Jerome the cocobolo Gandie is my road dog right now, which includes my evening vape. He shall house Long Bottom Leaf exclusively, period. SO I am looking for a couple good tobaccos for the 2 epipes en route to Casa del Juicy.
It was Dr. Vapenstein's review of Boba's that took me in. He had the same initial reaction to the hype and trepidation I do. There you go. He also pins down the elusive "mystery" ingredient. I have some in the vape mail from Shoog so I will see for myself. REALLY bummed that Backwoods no longer makes the RY4. RY4 is one of my ADV's and I was REALLY excited. REALLY bummed about this...plus the Casablanca is out of stock. I guess I will try the Vaperite Organic VR4. After much review and then finally Vapenstein's reviews I have ordered Goodejuice Perique, as well as Vapenstein's/W2V Louisville and London Blends. Finally, I am vaping the dickens out of the Shire Malt Dirquist sent me. it is...good. However, between the 2 I prefer the LBL and they are similar enough to where I don;t see vaping both daily. So i will be buying a decanter of the LBL so that I shall never be without and that will be my go-to in Jerome. So for my EPM's I have narrowed my search for 3-5 standard juices down to:
EPM Long Bottom Leaf (confirmed)
Highbrow RY4
Alien Visions Boba's Bounty
Goodejuice Natural Perique
Vaperite Organic VR4
W2V Signature London Blend
W2V Signature Louisville Blend
I think Vapenstein's pretty much THE source on good tobaccos, although I was pretty unimpressed with Vaperite's VR4 -- way too cloyingly desserty for my taste. The NET thread also has some good reviews, especially toward the beginning. The W2V tobaccos are top-notch, but they do clog the hell out of atties. Worth it, if you ask me. Just be prepared to do some dry-burning and it's worthwhile picking up some of their Atty Refresher if you put an order in. Their cigars are also the best available.
I'm not a fan of Highbrow tobaccos. Some people seem to like them, but I found them quite disagreeable, and they also like to clog atties (as does Vaperite). It's tough to go wrong with GoodeJuice -- they're not as hard on atties, and the entire line is rock solid. I particularly like Patriot, Vita Bella, and Wild Turkey, and Vapenstein has nice reviews of them.
