Got this in the mail today but the center is caved in. It still works but I'm worried it's unsafe. Does anyone know if it's okay to use it like this or should I try and send it back for repair

Somebody has been over tightening their attys/cartos on that poor thing. I wouldn't risk it, as it may lead to a hard short.. it should get changed out. Send it in for some TLC to Matt and crew!

I agree, the Dwarf Prince looks like somebody went in hard and dry and over tightened. I would send it back to Matt to make sure it is working tip top.

It came like that fyi so it wasn't me. I have two other pipes and I'm very careful with them. I don't know how it could have happened unless it was a manufacturing error. Just want to clear my name

I got it that way. I tested it knowing the vapesafe wouldn't let it fire if there was a short but it did fire. I took everything off afterwards, took the picture and made the post. I'm not currently using it and I haven't mishandled it in any way

Well, it is about that time. Since we are dealing with 200 x 200 and detail can get lost, I decided on a straight forward and classy approach. Addressing the true spirit of the copyright provisions of contest, this original design was fleshed out using modified, free-to-use clip art. I wanted something that would work with and/or update or extend Matt and EPM's brand...and that also took Matt the man into play. I am pretty happy with it, and confident enough in the design that I am submitting two different, unique takes on it as my 2 entries. I hope you feel it Matt, I hope you dig it. May the Valar bless me with victory in this most glorious of contests and may you enjoy your new avatars for a good, long time.

Very much agreed. Add the fact that it is also a 18500 and, dare I say, perfection. SO very happy with this one.
