I will have 2 of these on the site next week (not this Friday).
A couple things about the Damascus...
It is HEAVY!
It is a bear to work with,
And it is extremely expensive material.

Because of the expense and the labor increase, They will not be cheap and will probably be very few and far between.

whats exspensive lol also is this all damascus looks very cool

are they solid steel?

They are Damascus steel, which is some kind of hand workable composite steel.
Also known as m3.

Each blank costs about 10 times the amount of even some of the more expensive materials we use.
The labor involved is very slow going and easily takes 2 or 3 times as long as even the acrylic.
Given all that I would say a dragon at twice the normal price (starting at $300) would be incredibly reasonable.
The more intricate pieces could range up to 5 and 600.

Is the Damascus conductive enough to use a kick in a pipe?

Why would you wanna kick the pipe? The beauty is in the simplicity, and craftsmanship. Matt, didn't you say something about an eGo booster before?

Gotta say... that Damascus Steel is uber sexy. My wedding band is Damascus Steel and even being a fairly simple piece (and a helluva lot smaller), it ran me $380. Its just got 2 grooves (one on either side) and a beveled edge.

That's just because it was a wedding ring and they know that got you by the short and curly's. In all honesty they should pretty much just give the things out. You'll be paying for the rest of your life once you get married, the ring is just the first link in the chain.

Too true, only we did things our own way, so it actually turned out to be the 2nd link in my 3rd chain. But I've got a keeper now.
