Thanks Dusty. Ive tried Huntsman, Darkhorse and Heavenly tobacco and didnt like those much. I do like their Gandalf (Legend) a fair amount but not totally in love. HHV is a great place and I told my buddy I would get some juices from them for him to try. I may just have those three sent direct though ;) . I need to try more of theirs. Those others on your list and getting written down. I see I have a PM so Im off to check it now :)

Ah! but how soon did you try the Huntsman and Dark Horse? There's an almost mandatory 2 days caps and dripper tips off, and then a 3 week steep before using HHV NETs. Some people like it fresh, but I don't think any of the NETs I've tried come to life before the 3 week mark.

It's the same with the MOV stuff.

I try all those the same way. Test in the dripper that day. If I love it great, off to the races. If not I take the tops off (Dripper tip so an open bottle) and then try again the next day to see if my taste was off. If I dont like it then I leave the top off a couple more days and in the steeping box they go. I keep testing once a week for however long before I decide its not for me. All of them were tried at least three months after purchase before they went into the Pay it Foreward box. Then sent along to another vaper.

I tend to buy larger bottles so I almost always have enough to test for a few months especially if Im just dripping. I first tried my steeping method about two years ago when I was trying out Backwoods Brew and have pretty much stuck with it since for all my juice, tobacco or not.

EDIT: Ok, Big Spirit, Patriot and Wrangler are all on order. If I get paid at the end of the month Ill order a slew more but this should suffice for the moment. Got a PM from another fella and gotta try his suggestion also. I would say who it was but I know I would spell it wrong lol.

Today is a bummerific day. Ive been bugging the carp out of my local buddy to blow some special edition tanks and tips for us and today he told me it cant happen because Chihuly wont let him :( I can assure you these would have been the most epic glass tanks you could possibly want to own :( Wish it could have happened. Was gonna share in the joy with any of you guys who would have wanted one but alas, no.

I bet that those tanks and tips would be crazily awesome!

~~~~~~~~
Insanely so. I was holding out and didnt want to get anybody super excited so I didnt say anything. I was afraid this would happen. I guess when you blow on his team you sign papers saying you cant sell any glass, even your own blown elsewhere. Its probably due to the prices Chihuly gets for his glass and the idea someone on his team would have to sell for a fragment of the price.
Oh well, I was dreaming I guess but he even hoped since it was such a small project for a personal friend that it would be ok but he got a BIG NO and a reminder that jobs are on the line. He has been there since he was 16 (38 now) as an installer and then an instructor at the Pilchuck school of Glass in his free time doing night classes. Now he has many years in as a blower. So even with that much seniority it was still a huge no.
The dude travels all over the world. We've been friends since just out of high school. I know if he could have he would have done it for me. I wanted to tell him to just not say anything as its better to ask forgiveness than permission but I didnt feel it was my place to ask such a thing. He is a pretty straight guy.
Let me know when you find one BJ. I need two of em'.
Hey all, including you BJ, I got that friend I setup vaping and he is in Louisiana and isnt an internet shopping person. He is looking for good tobacco flavors. He is a Marlboro Reds fan. Ive already sent him the entire EPM line. I know some of you like those NETs or whatever. What Im gonna do is buy several of them and then sample and steep them myself and then send the rest along to him to try out. So basically me and my friend are down to test a variety.
So..... if some of you could assemble a quick list of must tries that I can start working my way down. Here are some parameters.
Nothing that is perfumey at all.
Nothing that taste like a pipe or cigar
Nothing that taste like nuts, caramel or coffee
If there is anything left post it here or send me a PM to keep too much other vendor talk out of the thread :) Its up to you, I know Matt wont mind but I know we have eyes in the sky.
Hey dirq.... I have some ravyn le juice from Alice in vapeland I could send a sample of. They don't make it anymore but it tastes like an actual cigarette.
And the backwoods brews tobaccos are real good. Also vermillion river
I have a buddy who used to work for Chihuly. He didn't have many nice things to say about him! :)
If it's any consolation, my buddy (different buddy) just got his website up: Envision Vapor - A New Vision for Vapers | Envision Vapor. Hopefully he'll do some tanks at some point in the near future.
Ahlusion's Smooth Criminal is probably my favorite cigarette-like juice. It's not ashy like a burning cigarette, but is reminiscent to me of a freshly opened pack.
Someone is sending me some Ravyn and hinted that is it was maybe unpleasant, or at least a very controversial juice. I know nothing about it. What is it like?
Ravyn is, er... unique. The best flavor comparison that comes to my mind is 'beef' flavored Ramen seasoning packet. Some people really seemed to like it, but it's a love it or hate it juice. I'm wondering if it's got one of those flavors in it that either triggers or doesn't trigger a certain receptor (like for example cilantro either tastes pleasant to people or like soap).
