Need some help Fellas...

My pinch won't fire anything. Protanks, AGA T2, UDCT tanks, Squid, NADA. If I hold the test leads to the center and casing of 510 connector and have my Wife press the button, it reads 4.16 volts. If I do the same to the battery alone, 4.16 volts (Awesome!). But, no matter what I put on it, nothing will fire.

Is that the vapesafe doing it's thing? Everything I've put on it is 1.3+ Ohms, so that leads me to believe that while under load it wont fire, but will without a load. Weird.

Thanks for any help. I have a feeling it's going to be making a trip back to the Hotlanta area though...

That's a VapeSafe issue, you'll need to send it in for repair. email Christie@epipemods.com for return repair instructions

I know there was talk on here earlier about the Penelope V2 and I know there are Penelope fans here... I scored a pre-order myself. I just watched the video and as it turns out the Penelope V2 will accept drip tips! Did you guys catch that? I didn't know... that is such a bonus! Finally a proper solution for pipes and Penelopes!!! OH HAPPY DAY. Now just a couple more weeks till delivery!

Geez Miller, all you had to do is read this thread I posted the info with the complete change list in here I believe.

I didnt get one though. I think preorders are over now at all the places that had them but Im not sure. COV is out. Usually extras show up and there is a fire sale of the left overs so follow the thread over at COV or Imeos place. If you get any info let us know

I ordered from COV. There will be 100 extra Penelopes sent to COV according to Imeo.... They should be arriving there soon. (within 10-20 days).

I didn't read the entire list of changes, I just ordered one because it's my favourite attie.... glad I did.

Thanks guys! With my new love for cotton wicks and the fact you can use a drip tip I'd love to check out another Penelope! It wasn't really for me at the time but I remember the build quality was superb.

On another note I've got a question for ya Matt. Ever thing of making some different types of stems or tips for the brass atty? I figure it would be a pain considering it's not standard but I thought I'd ask.

I'm a bit bummed. My pipe came in, and it's beautiful, so that part's good. However, when I looked inside the bowl (before even having taken the switch out of its little bag, let alone put a battery into the bowl and trying the pipe) there was a portion of wire where the sheathing had cracked or melted, exposing about 2mm of bare copper. No way it happened in transit, don't really understand how this would have got past even basic QC.

Decided the wire wouldn't be touching anything other than MAYBE the battery's plastic jacket and tried to fire it. Nothing. DOA. Two different batteries, two atomizers, same result. I've emailed support, sent them a photo. I imagine it has to go back, which isn't fun (or cheap) since I'm in Canada.

That sucks, man. Don't worry, though. Awesome pipes are only half of why ePipeMods are awesome. Their CS kicks ..... They'll take care of you.

I printed out an old repair form and was at the post office when I realized that the address on the form was the old one. Do we send repairs in to the Steam Cigs address? Or is there another one we need to use? Thanks in advance.
