I would like to thank Simian for taking the initiative to make a forum for us.
He did this entirely on his own and I am truly flattered by it.
Shortly after starting EPM people began requesting a dedicated forum that would better organize our now 1139 pages in this thread alone.

So I'm over my Pissy fit...
I've found a way to better accommodate the needs of both ePipeMods and SteamCigs. We are currently developing our own dedicated forum. I will still post here on ECF, however it may be more infrequently given the task of the new forum. There will still be weekly updates and previews here. l will PM everyone with the info on the new forum once it has been ironed out.

I apologize for my hiatus, rules is rules, if we can't do certain things here, we will do them elsewhere.

I'm glad to hear that (for you), but also unhappy (selfishly). It was very nice to check on this thread every day when I visited this forum to hear about pipes and see new releases and stuff from epipes, and I'll miss that. I did register at the new forum, but honestly with a dozen other forums I already visit (some of which are factions of other forums), it's hard to visit them all with any regularity, so I'm sure I'll forget to check on it at some point. As the posts in this thread dwindle, it probably won't pop up as often either so it too will go neglected - which is a shame, cause I never would have thought about a pipe without this thread. I still don't have the pipe I vowed to have by Christmas, as only one seemed to call my name and it was snatched up before I could grab it, but I still plan on getting one soon, although my excitement will be a bit tapered without this thread.

I kind of feel the same way, I never would have bought the two I did without this thread, or even been introduced to quality pipes had it not been for this thread through ECF. it Is hard to check in on multiple forums and some do get neglected more than others. It was nice to come here with other stuff I am interested in and check in on the pipe fam and any updates. Nice to have it all here. I think it is nice for new folks that venture upon it.
But on the other hand I am glad you got your own space, it sounds like it is something you have been thinking about for a while. Either way I am going to try and keep up with it.
