I was finally gonna get me a V3, but I wanted 2 freehands. The one I was aiming for was a tad over budget, by the time I switched gears the other was a gonner.

Oh well, Ill get one eventually but I hope Matt goes into full time freehand mode and meditates over his love of creating pipes. Unfortunately thats probably a dream of mine since Im sure the business takes so much time up.

Was originally going for The Mighty Kiowa- Briar but $400 was my absolute max and it was $450, but I was expecting that may happen so I was gonna grab the V3 Motorhead- Briar. Better luck for me next time lol.

I'm awesome. I just got back from Rochester and saw Zen's new lounge. Killing some beers on a snow day, my girl is out of town. Pretty much a great day. That pipe is beautiful. I was looking at those freehands when they went up for sale, they were all just gorgeous. I'm glad you got that one.

In other news, not sure you heard, but Bombadil returned to epipe mecca in Lawrencville, GA. Katie at epipemods has ever wanted that pipe since the day it came off the lathe. They were reunited last week...and it feels so good. She is head over heels for Bombadil. It was VERY hard for me to do, but damnit it was the right call.
