Ok ... here is my pipe ... today .... :)

Blu -- that looks so elegant. Can you tell me what kind of tank that is? Its diameter seems to fit perfectly. All of my tanks are phiniacs so I am shopping for something more slender for the pipe/evo, etc.

Matt (or anyone with help)

Got my dragon today and it looks amazing.

One issue. It won't fire with the 18500 flat tops you sent. The batteries meter out perfectly after charging, I put them in positive pole down, and nothing. On a lark I tossed an AW 18490 (nipple top) in and the pipe works just fine with it. I know you recommend the flat tops but any clue why it works with the 18490's but not the 18500?

sounds like a Key Ring/ Battery height issue.
The key ring should sit slightly above the battery with the cap off.
If the battery sits above the ring, contact with the button (when depressed) cannot be made.
AW's are slightly shorter which might explain why those are working.
This is a simple fix for us, and I apologize for the oversight.
The relationship between ring and battery has to be within very tight tolerances. If the ring is to high an auto fire can occur.
For this reason the keyrings are set nearly flush, just barely above the battery.
We do check for firing consistency before each pipe is shipped, but we are human and things can get overlooked.
If you email Katie@ePipeMods.com she can give you instructions to send it back for a free repair.
Again sorry for the trouble, we'll have you up and running in no time :)
