The lack of available stems is sad, not sure why they aren't more available on the website.

I think you could take many tobacco pipe stems and fit them for a tight friction fit for 510 drip tip devices

Our great customers bought us out that's why there is little selection. When Brian gets back from vacation there will be a bunch of stems going up. It takes about a week or so to get them ready so the week after the new year we should have about a hundred stems up.

Yeah I agree. I'm going to order one in the next day or so. Anyone else use a DID on their pipe? What stem would you recommend. I don't want something super long but just something that completes the pipe look.

I like the peterson stems and the fancy saddle stems, not too long. Both require the universal adapter (included) which make them a bit longer of a set-up. I am hoping that they start to make shorter universals in the future. The idea is floating around...

Me too! I cut mine down and made it shorter anyway.

Me too! I cut mine down and made it shorter anyway.

How did you do that? Which end did you chop? I think Matt was talking about getting rid of the middle section.

I chopped the end that goes in the carto/attie. I cut it down, got an old carto really hot and shoved it on there to get the right diameter since it gets progressively wider. Then used fine sandpaper to smooth it out.
It's definitely not the most secure thing, can't pick your pipe up by it or anything.
