Big thanks again Matt! Just received my third EPM. :toast:

My second Gandalf, this time in Spalted Tamarind. Loving the look of this one. Looks much better in hand than on the pics from the site, just goes to show you can't judge a pipe from a couple of pics (in possibly artificial light?)!

Super-T's 26650 Shockwave mod is on its way to me (this is not advertising since they aren't available anymore) and I already got some batteries for it. A 26650 Dragon would be a great yang to this yin and I could utilize more of these monstrous batteries. But, when are these supposed to be released? I'd guess they'll be in the 300$+ range, and if they're released in less than two months or so, I won't have the funds I'd need

Oh and corn is gonna be a bit longer. I ran out of stock on some of the pieces I need for the connectors. DOH

Doh indeed.... sailing season is on....
Oh well, patience is one of my strong points, no worries, looking forward to them when they do arrive.

might be within two months, but if so barely. we have a lot going on. I'll probably wait untill around a month after the Mjolnir release.

Why is that button sitting perched up top, and not in a depression? Something you wanna tell us pipe maker?!

Um, that's the way they always look...

Well, either my eyes are going or the phone is skewing the picture some but it looks like the button is just sitting up top. Thought you came up with a touch sensor.. :D

My 1st CIY. I kept it pretty basic but can't wait to try some more. Any plans to release more wired/uncarved blocks, Matt?

You win for first one done :) Nice job.

Mine? Yeah, mine is going to be a bit of an oddball. And awhile more down the pipe (so to speak) line before done.

Who got #3?

Just want to give kudos to EPM for affordability. I have been making some pipes at home. They are god awful ugly but I am learning. So I am at woodcraft grabbing some of their exotic wood samples not really looking at the cost. I figured they would be around $20. Found me some Ebony Macassar I believe and I was stoked. Fella rings up the total and it was a whopping $310! I didn't say anything, went ahead and paid went to my car and quickly grabbed the receipt. The damn Ebony was $80 for a relatively normal size of wood. Point being, $125 is very fair and affordable. I know we all know this already but I had no idea how much these species of wood cost since this is all new to me. I will make pipes for a hobby and fun, but I will purchase any pipe I want to take out from EPM and I will vape it proudly. Thanks Matt to you and your team for executing a great idea and making cool pipes for all of us to enjoy. Ok, I'm stepping down from my soapbox now. Good evening fellow pipers.

Keep at it bro. I've been wood working for the better portion of my life and it still took about a year of practice before I started turning out pipes that I felt were quality art. Still though, there is something truly gratifying about vaping a mod that you made yourself. I miss the rush I used to get after designing and building a successful piece.
Thanks for the complements and recognition. It is much appreciated.

Anyone here have any experience with the kayfun mini? Would love to try one on my pipes! Thing looks really well built with a bunch of options!

Don't know about the mini, but the regular one is my current #1 all day vape. Some say the mini is a bit harder to set up, but has even better performance
