ok pipe pic of the day, now dont laugh.
I bought one of these new smok diablo style pipes for a couple bucks and the guy threw in a killer/diver clone wich is pretty cool.
The pipe isnt so bad other than the fact that it looks like a dam faucet...

that is one coooool looking faucet!

Just in case my post gets removed from the ECC who is going thread I thought I would post it here.

Not sure if I am allowed to post here being a vendor and all, if I am not I apologize and please forgive my ignorance.

I was at Chicago fest and VapeBash. The intentions of VapeBash were made very clear by the organizers. I spoke with the organizers on VP live on a broadcast. The intention of VapeBash was to draw people away from VapeFest out of an unfounded and childish hatred of Spike. I say again the intention was to DRAW PEOPLE AWAY or DIVIDE the community. There is no excuse for this kind of petty behavior. EPM has chosen to attend neither event as a result of this nonsense. I strongly believe that the California event (ECC) intentionally placed their event on the same day in order to continue the march of this ridiculous feud. This only hurts the community and the vendors alike, Grow up and maybe we will attend your event. But EPM will not be manipulated to serve your posturing and ego's.

No prob matt! That is quite ridiculous and i dont blame you for not wanting to put up with it. Im not really that versed on how this all came about but drama is drama... Not having you there is a fail on their part as far as im concerned, and im sure you arent the only one they are losing out on.

I couldn't agree more -- this is complete petty juvenile nonsense and the vaping community really needs to stick together, especially given that there is opposition from some very powerful entities that threaten all of us. Well, you probably just saved me a trip to Vegas -- one of the main reasons I was excited to go was to see you guys. I'm not terribly crazy about that place anyway. If you still feel like coming out west for an event in the fall that is (hopefully) non-partisan, there's Vapetoberfest. I'd love to see you guys there and we could stand to add some more class to our vaping out here!

I had a blast at Vape Bash this year and I went out of my way to talk with members of the Windy City Vapers. When the local vaping community supports one event over another it speaks volumes. When in the event's second year it becomes the single largest gathering of vapers anywhere in the US it tells me they are doing something right.

I am not saying there was not tension and a fight in 2012 but just remember there are two sides to every story. There wasn't a Vape Fest in Chicago this year, just the Bash btw. To me that shows the local vaping community and the vendors as well made their choice of who they wanted to support. The only folks hurt by EMP not being at the Bash this year was the people who support and buy from EMP, sad the customers in the Midwest didn't have the same opportunity the EMP customers in other parts of the country have had.

I will also point out the events did have a day that overlapped but each had an "exclusive" day as well with the Bash being Friday/Saturday and the Fest being Saturday/Sunday. Also the Fest limits the number of vendors they allow to participate so the Bash didn't really pull vendors from the Fest but allowed folks to visit more vendors than they would have been able to otherwise.

Personally I think it is time to let it go...

Hey Abs, I don't really care to argue about it, but please understand that I have been along for this ride from the beginning. My information is 1st hand not second. And again the manipulation pulled by the Spikey Haters Club to sway vendors in their direction is intolerable. You would probably change your mind about the innocents of bash if you knew half of what I know. But I do agree, It is time to let it go. Until I see some maturity from certain groups and organizations, I will not be participating.

BTW NY was HUGE, not sure it can be stated the bash surpasses fest.

I was gonna mention the Vapetoberfest, too... but you beat me to it!! :D

This one is being sponsored by a local vendor (Vapor Craze) and I believe was actually announced BEFORE the ECC, but the ECC is calling there's the 1st Annual one in SoCal (no accident, I'm sure) and the so-called West Coast Vapers Club (which I have never heard of) were calling themselves the "official" SoCal vapers association... but I noticed they have removed that from the ECC site... (especially after my posting on Facebook that I didn't remember voting for them) LOL!!

I would LOVE for EPM to consider attending the one here in October!!
