I would really like to know and being you have an authentic, it will be great to hear the difference. I love my erlk and am actually enjoying the erlp even more. I am getting to the point where all my other tanks are gathering dust, so if the clone is awesome, I just might try one.
I suppose I really shouldn't give a damn what others think. Screw it! I didn't get to it today, but I'll give it my best soon.
jaxgator: I just spoke to a german friend that has both the ErlPrinz, ErlKönigin and a Clone and he said the Clone threading is somewhat different because he didn't manage to thread the clone chimney on the prinz base. He also couldn't use the clone plastic tank on the erlkönigin. Seems some measurements are slighty off... When you do you review, do you mind making the same experience? Would be interesting?

I do it all the time and once you get the hang of it, works fine. I just bought a steel tank and am finding it hard because you visually need to see it unthreading from base. So yes, the erlk/ erlp can be worked on without drainingFeeling tempted to try one of these, but before I do, am I right when I assume, that you'll need to drain the tank, in order to get the deck out?
'Cause that's kind of a deal-breaker for me, especially when vaping GVC, which gunks up coils quicker than a hiccup![]()
Yep, I just did it unintentionally... Started to unscrew the top and noticed the chimney started to rotate too...I do it all the time and once you get the hang of it, works fine. Actually I haven't tried it in the erlp as stated in my previous post. Because the erlps top cap spins freely, I'm not so sure it could work. I'm sure it's possible, but not gonna be easyYep, I just did it unintentionally... Started to unscrew the top and noticed the chimney started to rotate too...![]()

I don't even think there is a replacement Nano glass / plastic available yet (at least I couldn't find it) so a erlprinz nano kit is probably some time away. I just got the erlkoenigin nano kit and be over with it. I do worry breaking the tank and not having a replacement.Great thread. Thanks jaxgator for posting the comparison! I'm really hoping they come out with a 'prinz nano soon. That could seal the deal for me. I've been really wanting one of these for a while. I love my foggers, but I want something that can run single coil easier for a little lower resistance and better battery life. I ordered a clone from frog in fog. It comes with a steel tank, and the drip tip adapter (was having a hard time finding clones with the adapter) While I can't compare to an authentic, I'll let you all know how it works out!
