Just received my new eroll. I used V-2's until then. The eroll doesn't seem to have as strong a TH as everyone had been posting (not more than V-2 anyway). I hear a whistling sound when I take a drag and I'm feeling like this may be related to the lack of power. Also, the atomizer gets very hot if I take more than one drag at a time. Is anyone else having these problems. I did just send a message to joyetech but I wanted to see if I could get any answers in this forum as well.

^^^Yes, the 'hot atomizer' is a common/global evil with eRoll, but given the overall satisfaction we get from this mini-wonder, we could live with it.
That 'hissing' sound is prevalent with all tank systems... eRoll employs, thankfully, a 'tank-cartridge' too. But, lack-of-power? Nah... eRoll is a powerhouse delivering constant 3.7 voltage (see Here).
I vape a 12mg juice (various varieties) and I get quite a TH. So does many on the JOYETECH ERoll thread. I'm not sure how u don't... that too coming from a V2... with Mods it could have been another case... however, many Mod users have confirmed that the TH, Vape quality and the overall satisfaction they got from their eRolls were similar.

Thank you for your response. I wanted to make sure that there wasn't something wrong with it. Regarding the TH, I suppose I just need to find the right juice which is a mission I have been on since starting with the ecigs almost 2 months ago. Thanks again Qorax!
To fix your TH issue up the nic content of your liquid or try a different liquid.

Once you get used to the atty heat, you will find that holding it differently will become second nature and you won't be affected by the heat.

Try a different tank or atty or both. I have never had a whistling sound with my eRoll. I get an excellent throat hit with mine, but my juice is 18mg and I get a great throat hit with 18mg no matter what device I use. My atomizer gets hot, but not until I take several drags in a row. I don't place my fingers near the atomizer cone though, and so I rarely notice anymore. The eRoll is a regulated battery at 3.7 volts. So I don't think there is a lack of power. But then again, I get enough throat hit even off of my old 510 batts, so perhaps I just dont need as much. Good luck!

I wanted to ask overall as a newbie are you happy with the eroll? I am really liking the look of it and I am thinking of getting one myself.
