euforia(penelope clone) has just been problems.

I bought the clone about a month ago. It was working good, I have silica wick from rba supplies. The expensive kind that cost like 12 dollars per foot. I put that wick in there, it was a really tight and hard fit. It was wicking okay, a few dry hits here and there.

I decided to dry burn it, and it just stopped working all together. I thought i broke the coil I tried to make my own. I had no non resistance wire. I had to wait a few days and I got some. I had 32 gauge wire, and bought 28 gauge nickle wire, just couldn't make a coil with it. I then bought 32 gauge resistance wire. Spent 6hrs trying to make a coil. I made one kind of, it showed R0.0 which is a short. I spent 2hrs trying to fix it to no avail. I had a friend who's really good at electronics look at it, he found a short at the connector. I guess one of the washers melted when i dried burned it(that's when it stopped working).

I got a rubber washer, had to cut it in half because it was too thick. Finally learned to wrap the coils good. Now I just get a burn taste. I thought it was the wire, i made another coil same thing... I tried everything... I can't figure it out. yes i made sure the wick was very wet... I measured the wire resistance at 1.2ohms, but when i put it on my device it says 0.9 ohms... Something is burning i think, i can't figure it out... any ideas, or help?

no i cut a slit in the rubber gasket so the wire doesn't touch it. I am at a loss...

Or you can just purchase Ready Wire from Stormy's in the resistance you like from 1.2 ohms to 2.2 ohms. Ten bucks for 50 wires.

I checked, the square knot slips(i think my wire is too thick), using 28 gauge wire. I couldn't find the oring kits. the readywire is made from lead...

Not lead wires, they mean two lead wires(non rersistance) are attached at both ends of the resistance wire.

28g is just too thick, 30g is great but hard to get a good twist with consistent om reading. For twisting, 32g is the best. 3mm wick works great, but I usually remove a strand on each side of the coil for better wicking.
Get the kanthal ready wire if you don't have a wire welder, it is much easier to use.
The Euforia is my favorite atty, I love them.

Does anyone know why these are so hard to find now? They use to be all over. I actually only bought it because I have a Kir Fanis fat upgrade for the penelope, so I'm hoping the threads are the same as the penelope.

These came out at the same time the Ithaka and clones came out and I guess most everyone wants large tanks. Even though the Euphoria, in my opinion, are way better than the larger tank versions. There is no leaking flooding and the juice in the tank stays clean and doesn't get dark, also -- it has a warmer vape. People weren't giving the Euphoria a chance and since they weren't selling many of them, they stopped carrying them. That's why when I just found Hells Vapors is carrying them I ordered two, for in case I break one of my other two. Because I love these, and I don't need to try-out all the new atty's that come out anymore.

Thanks for letting me know that I can buy them in the US. If I decide to purchase another one I'll get it from here next time. I saved $1 compared to if I would've bought it from hells vapors but, I bought it from the uk so I wish I would've held off in time for your reply. Either way at least I didn't end up paying more for it.
