After only a week of fiddling, I came up with the perfect way to refill a cart. It holds about 30 drops of liquid, and there is only about four of five drops that I don't get to vape. I chain vaped one cart for the entire life of the battery - about 3 hours. I am very happy! :D :D :D

I went to PetSmart and got Fluval Water Polishing Pads (blue box) for 304/305 or 404/405 model aquarium filters - $6.79. The come in a pack of six, each a 4 1/2 by 3 inch rectangle with one corner rounded.

They are kind of like phylo pastry - a bunch of layers stuck together. Separate one of the pads into five layers - slightly less than 1/4 inch thicknesses. You'll get thirty pieces (1/4 x 4 1/2 x 3) from a box. This should last quite a while!

Take one of your layers, and starting from the 3 inch side that is not rounded, cut off 3/8 inch (approx) wide strips. You'll get 9 or 10 before you hit the rounded part.

Fold each of the stips in half and cut it. You'll have 18 or 20 little strips about the size of a piece of Trident gum. Fold one of those in half and slip in into a 902 inner cart - folded edge first. You might need to use a paperclip or tweezers to get it in. They fit perfectly! If you use sharp scisors, you shouldn't have little fuzzies hanging off, but if you do, just snip them or pass them quickly over a flame to melt them off.

You can slip a little straw in there too, but I haven't seen the need. They wick perfectly fine without one.

So for 6 bucks, you will get 600 perfect sized cart stuffings. More if you want to fiddle with measuring the rounded leftover from the pads. Plus, I'm sure they'd be good for a few uses each. I just put them in a colander and sprayed them with hot water for a minute. They fluff back up nicely.

So I am going to use my old 120s analog case to carry five or six complete, assembled e-cigs - charged batts, attys, and filled carts - all different flavors. When a bat dies, I'll know that the cart is empty. That should get me through the whole day with no charging and no filling. I'll charge my batts overnight and refill my carts in the morning and I'm good to go. No need to carry a charger or bottles of liquid. Just grab one and start puffing.

It will be just as easy as smoking analogs, but without the expense, the stink, or the cancer. :D :D :D I hope this helps somebody. It certainly cemented my love of vaping. I was about to go back to analogs because PVs seemed like such a bother.

I got past the "learning curve" in a week. Yeah me!!

Be well,
~A
