I thought about starting many times, but I don't have any experience with making webpages and all that hoopla....But I'm wicked good at remembering all the tech specs and info( maybe just spend too much time online..) Would like to find a partner and start up something for europeans, but prob is we are not allowed to sell nic juice... only hardware...

Just out of curiosity, have you tried ordering nic juice from elsewhere in the EU? Like Freesmoke?

Nicotine orders from anywhere in the EU will pass Danish customs.
I have ordered juice from Uk, Germany, France, Netherlands and Italy. All has come through with no problems. None of the orders have been opened for customs inspection either :)

Guess so What do you mean? If it got checked? Dunno, package hadnt been opened..
My dad had one from England that was held up in customs, They called the vendor and he got it released right away..

Guess you were lucky and it wasn't checked.
I just payed more in taxes and services at the Portuguese customs than the total cost of my order :-x

Order (with discount): $77
shipping: $29
Custom Taxes and services: €89 :-x:-x:-x

This really is not an option.
One of the problems is the FEDEX shipping. AFAIK, FEDEX shipments to Portugal always go through customs.
There are a few things a supplier can do to avoid this, but Bloog doesn't do any of them.

Portuguese Customs 101 for US orders:
(I believe this should be similar in most EU countries)

How to avoid customs taxes 101:
Ask for the item to declared as “Gift”, “Sample”, “Repair” or even “Discounted Item”. It's not 100% reliable but it is usually effective.

Delivery services:
- USPS Priority and Flat-Rate, has +/- 30% chances of being checked at customs.
- USPS Express Mail and Global Express Mail, has +/- 70% chances of being checked at customs.
- UPS, DHL and FedEx, have 100% chances of being checked at customs (possible agreement with Portuguese customs)
