I have also just upgraded my eVic! 1.2v
The thing is still backwards!
Same story as the first couple of versions! Low resistance atty/cart you can crank the voltage/wattage up nice and high!
High resistance atty/cart the eVic limits the voltage/wattage.
I feel this should be the other way around but I think joyetech have built in some protection!
The new menus are quite large but easy to navigate as the screen is one of the big features.

The ohm and wattage/voltage setting is pretty good on the home screen, beats the puff counter hands down

Now I thing that the VV MVR VV and VW and MVR VW are setting for the recoding for the My Vapor Record! But don't quote me on that as it has only been half an hour and the documentation is interesting!

vape On!

It's finally been corrected...with firmware 1.2

"No Atomizer Found"

Hallelujah!!!

MVR VV and MVR VW are PWM settings...as vaping time lapses you can increase/decrease voltage/watts (1 second = 4v, 1.3 seconds = 4.2v, etc...watts too)

Nice! Just had a crack at the MVR VW table in the software.
9.5w for the whole top row and 1 second increments. Running a 3.5ohm RBA
That is quite a nice setting! Interesting if you go back to VW the wattage is limited on high resistance! I could only crack 7.1 but set it back to MVR VW and sure enough 9.5w not sure the if its entirely accurate yet to get a meter over the thing!
But i'm enjoying it!
