hi everybody,

is some evic user here have a problem with inner thread for inserting tank or carto?

my case is like this

i have this problem right now after i want to reconnect my AGA T, evic have a some lousy material for the inner thread (i assume).. i dont really understand why when i use my UDCT old carto, it fit.. when i use new carto, it loose (cant connect at all).. same also with my old vivi nova, its fit. but when i use with my AGA, at the 1st time its fit, but after mesh set up, it loose, strangely when i pull out the positive pole from my AGA T+, the bottom AGA T+ cover can fit my evic.. after i insert the positive pole, it cant connect.. i really dont understand why...

rite now i cover some tiny masking tape at my new carto n AGA thread to make it fit to the evic inner thread

I have exactly a same problem like you, a few days ago my inner thread (eVic) has a problem, my tank wont fit anymore, i've tried AGA T+ and a dual coil then the vivi nova but the thread wouldn't let my tank insert as usual, i've tried so many times but with no luck, i can't seem to find the problem here, might you have a solution you can help with?

Damn the inner thread it wont fit, i have to put something at the circle just to make it a fit hole, .. Damn hole thread..:(

Now I'm looking for a "Tank Airflow Controller" to solve the problem but can't find it in Europe

I would kind of think the eVic is not the problem is some things fit nicely and others will not fit right. It is Manufacturing differences. I would make note of anything that will not fit properly and NOT use them or they will damage the eVic threads.
Try and find an air flow controller and use it as an adapter. Looks good and adds more functionality.

Agree with the comment about manufacturing tolerance differences. 1/100 of an inch on the thread makes some devices not thread at all (too loose) and others very tight. I have found that adapters like 510 to ego can vary only 1/100 of inch and become useless, particularly for what I bought them for. Love the evic, but it does have known quality issues, I have three of them now, one works. Love the display. Anyway, my two cents.
