on a side note anyone else notice that the eVic says that the coil is higher than it should be? or is this perhaps more a manufacturing mix up? I bought 2.4s and they register at 3.2, i normally rewick them but was lazy and they were 8 bucks for 5

So does my provari, my zmax did too

Mine usually register about 2.7-2.9 for a marked 2.4ohm brand new but with juice.

My Roughstack is finicky about making contact on the positive terminal (the pieces in the middle of where you screw on your PV). In the past I've taken a paper clip or a safety pin and wiggled the post back and fourth until it edged out just a touch. Then I'd put it back on my PV and it would work just fine. It moves independently of the rest of the post so it can adjust to the unit you are using and sometimes it can get a little gummed up.

Hope that helps

eVic seems to have a problem in the vW setting. I went back to, and will stick with the vv.

the resistance drops down when you start using it. the only thing about eVic I dont like is in VW mode it does not automatically update resistance unless you put it into sleep mode then turn it back on again. I sometimes just leave it in VV mode.

interesting, mine does that. Have you updated to the latest firmware? I got mine yesterday and it updates the resistance everytime I change the tank/carto/whatever

had to do this with my EvoD BCC to get it to work on the eVic, however now I cant put my finger over the air holes on the bottom to make it less airy
