IDK but I don't think 1.02 even had adjustable TCR did it?
Nope and it was 60w instead of 75w

I stand corrected. They do have a v1.02 firmware version and I believe a hardware version also. I believe I have personally seen a v1.03 and a v1.02 for hardware versions.

I've not tried it and it could be hardware, mine came with 1.30fw & I loaded 2.00 then 3.00

Strange how 1.02 was released after 1.10 & 1.20

@2legsshrt you have three coming, we vote you see what the 1.02 does ;)

It wasn't.
Our earliest units came with 1.02 software and the 1.10 updater was posted shortly after.

You're just seeing a later date of when they began to include that .bin, the first couple didn't have it in the zip file.

Mine are coming from MVS and they already have 3.0 loaded into them. New batch.

Exactly right. My first VTC Mini was hardware v1.00 & firmware v1.02.
My second VTC had hardware v1.01 and firmware v1.10. They both have v3.00 firmware now and it's so much better.

Well the ones I sent back to MVS because I didn't realize there was a fix for my rattling tank came with V3.0 sticker right on the side of the plastic wrap around the box so I am assuming the new ones that are coming tomorrow will be the same. Have no idea what Hardware version but I'm sure it is the latest. They have a big turnover there.

Oh and they worked so well if I had heard about the fix 3 hours earlier I'd be vaping them right now. They gave me a store credit and already couldn't find the ones I sent back in their RMA dept. so just ordered 3 more and got 2 greys and 1 black instead of a gold one. Good people their and always have the latest stuff the soonest. Plus I have 10 of the doohickeys that tighten the tanks up.

i'm on v2.0, which i prefer the screen layout of.. mostly the reason i didn't upgraded to v3.

That's cool.
3.0's TCR Adjust is still a very rare feature outside of the top tier pricy mods, and the switch or at least confirmation of the SS Mode using a 316(L?) TCR was enough for many.

This is the third, or maybe fourth, screen layout for the VTC. Some may still prefer the 1.30 version, which was concurrent with and has the update features of 2.0.

I actually prefer the 3.0 layout, though only slightly and it's not perfect either. I had no use for puff and time counters and was glad to see them go back into hiding.
My eyes would appreciate more... slightly larger text. :p

So far im pretty impressed by this inexpensive little mod. Love the size. Sofar ive only used a kanthal build in the SubTank Mini RBA v2 deck and the Kanger ni200 coils. Seems to work just fine with both. v3.0 update was a breeze.

What would be a good TC build in the ST Mini deck? Type of wire, gauge ect. SS sounds interesting because ive heard it works in both VW and TC modes.

I use a build that someone recommended and it works so well that I have it in all my STM's. It is 26awg although now I hear 24 is better 5 wrap spaced coil 3mm ID fits well and vapes well and that is with Ti. I like it the best and cleans up well. Will be getting some 24awg Ti soon.

IDK if I would recommend that. They wrap such tiny coils and the wire is going to be kind of narly. You could order some from Unkamen I use it and works well. I think the problem with cleaning it is just a matter of me doing it twice a month like what was recommended. IDK what their 24 is like but the 26 is actually a littlle larger then 26 traps well in the STM. It wraps well if you have a coil master or curo coiler have heard it is kind of springy for hand wrapping.
