Would you say the pro tank 3 is better than the EVOD 2 as a whole? Or are they the same since they have the same coils?

Yes. It holds more juice, it's made of glass so it lasts way longer. There is a glass version of the evod2 but its kind of hard to find. And if you like the evod form, you can get the mini protank 3 which pretty much is an evod2. You can also get airflow controllers for them for cheap, and they really give you more control over your vape.
