I feel much more cumfortable now understanding what I will need going forward.

Any good suggestions on places to get liquid from? the current ones I got cost 2.49 oer 10ml but people seem to think this is expensive?

In truth I think I read that wrong on the first pass, and I'll check out those liquids myself.

I have a dedicated bookmarks folder for liquid suppliers now.

P.S. I should add that sometimes I'm happy to pay £5 for 10ml. If it's a B&M (Bricks and Mortar) that have invested to allow you to taste before you buy, then of course you will have to pay more money. But if I like something, even if it's mail order, and it costs £5 for 10ml, I'll still buy it.

The Evod is a great kit to start out with. It does have a plastic tank though, so you might consider getting a clearomizer with a glass tank. I started with an Evod tank and battery but because I wanted to try more reactive flavours like citrus etc, I bought a Mini Protank V2. I use that more now, and with it being a glass tank, I don't worry about what liquid goes into it.
Myepack are a great company to buy the hardware from. Much better prices than all other vendors I've looked at. All their liquid is Dekang. Whether that's good or bad I don't know. I only bought a Menthol from them and it seems fine.
I like the liquids I bought from Apollo. Tried a 5ml batch of samples and liked all of them; RY4, Baja Burst, Gingerbread, Menthol Breeze and Pina Colada. They are an American company with a high reputaion for quality.
Now I'm making my own small batches with flavourings from LTecigs.
All the companies have been helpful and efficient in processing my orders, but I'll look around and try others in time.

Ditto on the EVOD being a good choice, and 2.2 ohm replacement coils. The coils are the weak spot on these, unfortunately, but are cheap and very easy to replace/clean/or reuse. The main reason you would want to buy extra tanks (clearomizers) is to have extra flavours on the ready. 2 ml a day of juice is normal, a charged battery lasts all day most days (and u always have a backup when it doesn't). So for a formula? 1 charged battery and full tank = about a pack of analogs: 1 coil may last 1 to 2 weeks so maybe equal to a carton (10 pack) of analogs.

Wasn't aware of that about Apollo. They have a group in here so a bit surprised. I'm using the UK site so maybe that's the difference. Looks exactly the same as the US site though. Only ordered the Holiday Evod Kit and some sample juices and they arrived a few days later; so can't complain .
Enjoy making up my own e-juice. Can tailor it to my own liking. I tend to prefer more VG than PG but it gunks the coils up faster IMO. Luckily I'm having fun making up coils and experimenting. Built my first cotton wick this evening and topped it off with a bit of silica. Seems OK so far. Think I'm outgrowing the Ego's and looking toward an MVP V2.

The problem (as far as I understand it; I don't run a forum) is that some vendors run into difficulties. Depends on the nature of the forum I guess. Not all forums are sponsored or allow vendor participation in the same way as others. I could ask, but some things are best left alone.

Just as an update received my Evod kit Saturday morning after only ordering Friday... Great service from MyePack..

So My last ciggie was approx 5pm on Saturday night. Since then I have no had or felt the urge to smoke a real ciggie... something that i did do on E-lites.

My only real problem I have so far is this morning where a small amount of liquid somehow seems to be getting into the hole you inhale through... man the taste on the tongue aint pleasant... is this normal or a sign of something leaking... only happens on one of my devices..

was also pleasantly surprise to find i received 7 coils heads in my pack ( 5 extras plus 2 in the already assembled units )

So far so good... Think my body is still trying to get used to getting the nicotine 'hit' without the harsh treament on my lungs...

I usually tell my friends a bottle of liquid lasts around 5/6 days, that's coming from a 25 a day smoker using 18mg liquids.
The clearomisers like the CE4s usually last around 4/5 weeks but can last up to about 8 if you look after them, not sure about EVODs,
Heads/Inserts usually last around 2 weeks if you vape them a lot, but they're still cheaper than buying a new clearomiser every time

As a general rule with your liquids as well;
6 mg - Under 10 a day
11 mg - 10 a day
18 mg - 20 a day
24mg and above - 40+ a day/Chain Smokers , or people trying to kill a horse with nicotine, whichever gets the best deal first

And don't worry too much about all the talk concerning glass clearomisers/glassomisers, they're damned good but you only need to worry about those if you're starting to use some seriously mean liquids or blending your own mega super strength ones
