There was something not right about what I was doing anyway. It said it was charging at 1 amp.
I know for a fact that the cable that I was using doesn't even carry 0.5 amp.
I'll try here at work when the batt get down a little more.
Um... guess what? They will pull more power than most
devices will for the most part. I bet that low amp cable, the USB voltage at the 75C was probably pulling down to 4.5v or more. Like this laptop I am on right now. The previous record for amps off of one USB port was with my USB TV tuner and it pulls 800ma. Everything else pulls 500ma or less. But a 75C/250C and even a
dna Go will pull 800ma to 1A off of these ports.
I even have this super thin USB cable that is hard to even pull 500ma through it. But I like it since it is so flexible, light, etc. It doesn't sport data though, but that is okay. And a 250C will pull over 1A with that same cable. So if the DNA75C/250C/
dna Go says it is drawing high current and you don't believe it. Well you better since odds are good that it is.
