What's scary to me is that someone had the time, and put in the effort, to get a little too "exclusive" with words and abbreviations. I belong to some "uncensored" boards as well and generally they are just as civil, but they are boards with specialized interests, like video systems, weather and such, so they are populated by more "nerdy" people who don't usually get nasty with each other.

I can understand not wanting ECF being a "hit" with Google for wacky weed, but in this case, especially, THC is a critical part of the problem to all appearances. (Let's see if that gets censored)

I seemed to have created a problem for myself. I received the 2nd Ijoy Captain Resin Starter Kit and like it.
It's been 2 days now that I have been using it exclusively. Even ordered some new coils for it.
My Xvostick cleared customs 3 days ago.

I wonder if iJoy fixed the TC on those Captains?

Here is a test to try, put any atty on it doesn't even have to be TC wire. Set the Captain to TC (doesn't matter which wire choice), 5W and 300F. Hit the fire button and hold it, the Captain should put the full 200W+ of power into that coil instead of throwing an error message.

The TCR M1/M2 values only go to 200, so no chance of using NiFe. If you pop the batteries out when in TC M1 or M2 mode the Captain will revert back to power mode with the custom M settings at default when you put the batteries back in.

Looks to still be the same firmware without fixes. Now if you enter the wrong TCR value for the wire it should fire the full wattage like it does with non TC wire. I found it way too unreliable and burnt up too many builds because of that flaw. Even pointed it out this flaw very nicely on iJoys FB Group, which got me booted from there as a trouble maker. Their non company admin was a total Fanboi and all about the hand checks/Clouds Bro Clouds.

With the TCR setting for SS430/430F it seemed pretty over powered. If the amps on the screen are correct I had to set it for 17 watts to get 35 watts. Power in non TC with normal is pretty close to set wattage. Yep pretty poor at TC.

To be honest, I would have never looked at one. But since you got one (or two), I just watched a video. That tank sure looks like a FreeMax Mesh Pro and nothing special going on with the mod. And now I am done looking.

I certainly never would have bought it under normal circumstances. I like the tank except it's a bit colorful.
