Plus users.... Mesh Deck!

The included strips are garbage unless you cut off the side rails (hot spot central), I need to dig out my dusty genny box and get some proper old school mesh in this deck. ;)

I ended up with two decks as steam crave sent me a replacement for the original one that was lost in China since the start of January. The one on the box came from the US warehouse and arrived a day later.

Side rails trimmed off the strip.

70W is no problem but I'll probably bring it down to ~65W until I can get it on a dna with SS mesh.

Yep, you definitely do not want hot spots with stainless. Possible CR(VI) is why I curtailed my experiments with mesh years ago before commercial mesh atties.

No kidding! We just made a "regular" Costco run. No toilet paper, no paper towels, no tissues, no Clorox wipes or wipes of any kind. I did get a case of Clorox liquid, we use it in the water treatment system to keep the iron based bacteria down. Check out took almost a half hour because the place was mobbed.

You know COVID-19 is a threat to certain groups, like old codgers like me, but generally if you're healthy it is about the same as a bad case of the flu. It's interesting to note that of the ~130,000 infected worldwide, almost 70,000 have already recovered. We have about 1500 infected here in the US, that we know of at the moment anyway, with a total of 39 deaths. 26 of those deaths are at a nursing home in Washington state. How many have died from the regular, old, flu during this same period? I'll bet dollars to donuts it's more than 39.

On a lighter note, I got tired of slow network access on this craptop. I was using a USB A/C dongle and it would normally drop to 50Mb/ps as the day wore on. I sprang for a new USB, A/C, dongle. So far it's sitting, rock solid, at 897Mb/ps. Like night and day.

I would think that St Pete had called early if network ever crept up to 50MbPS. When ours got to 6MbPS, I had to put on my aviator glasses 'cause I knew I was flying. Usually we sit at 5Mbps with a 91 Ping.

Mrs CMD, knowing my proclivities and preferences, stopped at Sam's Club. She stocked up on cheap vodka because I am shameless. I don't even pour it into a Grey Goose bottle.

She has hoarded TP for a long time. She was watching Johnny Carson in years gone by and there was a gag, which she took seriously, about a shortage. From the first time she kissed me, I have never been low on two of the comforts of modern life.
