We have 3 residents and maybe 5 or 6 guests. It's billed to the users card/bank via a Blink card that the device recognizes. It isn't meant to make any money. We are going to have to figure out how to keep outsiders out. In most cases the charging stations so up on a Blink map and such.
The juice comes through the HOA"s common meter.
My new tire is on, they opened at 8 am and I was there before that. I was back on the road at 8:12.
I had to go into work during the day for an hour or so to assist with "commissioning" our new EV car charger. It went fairly well and got done but I swear their support folks never seen one or actually set on up in their life. Nothing unusual these days I suppose.
They put it right where I park my car, and I generally always hog two parking spaces. Parking is usually not a problem during my working hours and I doubt that I would put a parking violation notice on my own car.
