How are shipping times for USPS in America? Seems really slow for me

highly unpredictable still - postmaster here tells me it's because of quarantine requirements if somebody comes up positive. supposedly, that can upset the whole apple cartHow are shipping times for USPS in America? Seems really slow for me
i had a first class letter take 2 weeks to get to me from richmond, va - 110 miles away
