My ERM arrived today, 25 working days from placing the order..... Not bad!

Now I know why it's an ERM and not an ERM+, quite a dinky little thing in comparison.....

Have to agree! I really can't complain cause the price was rite :) I opened mine up & there is no chance of a sled or even a bigger battery installed the same way. I plan on just using the parts, I'l wait till I can find 2 LV Grus's on sale & swap the chips over, Plus The Evolv 510's are great to have for spares, not to mention 2 brand new 18650's :)
I realize Evolv just used these as "Testers" & this was good enough for their purpose :)

@Steamer861 Maybe see if the back of a Hana case will fit onto the front of the 75C?

That mite just work! I have 2 old hana's hanging around & it seems the consistency isn't the best :(
The black one is the same size & will probably work! But the blue one is a few mm short :(
I have some old similar enclosures from Proto with DNA200's in them & they to are a perfect fit :) So now I have the option to use a different back piece & fit an 18650 sled :)

So I found these Key Stone sleds, I had in my parts collection & they are tinny! I had to use a single strand copper wire to save space! I'v used this kind of wire before & it's good for battery connections :) I had some magnets here from an other project, I drilled 7/64" holes in the case & the back to accommodate them. I used Crazy Glue to secure them, I also cut the screw heads off the original screws to cover the hole, also crazy glued in :) I cut a grove in the sled on the + wire side to reese the + wire were it cross's over to the space in board were it fits fine :) The - wire has plenty of room :) I also had to file the conners of the sled on the - end.
So now I have an ERM 75c with the original case & an 18650 sled, for swap & go battery changes :) BTW that the battery that came with, I unsoldered the wires & rewrapped it :)
