TBH, I would just go for the LV Grus, you can get them for sub $30 on sale out of China, with inexpensive shipping!
I have 2 of them converted to 75c's & it couldn't be easier! Plus they are 21700!

I have great difficulty understanding why people would want a smart device. I want to avoid eavesdropping and certainly will not pay someone to enter my house and do it. I understand that now your door bell can be such a device - to each their own. I decline to participate.
No Alexa or Google to eavesdrop in our house. On the iPhone Siri is turned off, mainly cuz years ago she was useless. I'd say "call Bob home" and she'd reply "calling gus brown chev olds" Eff that. Tried a few times and she'd rarely get it right. . Gone gone gone. I do use Google maps in the car cuz it knows about accidents and bad traffic, but I will and do cuss at her frequently

There isn't any traffic info where I live. But you know you hit rush hour when you see 3 cars traveling in a roll. If you blink, you just might miss it. Nope, I don't miss the city life one bit.

Isn't her name Alexa? And Apple uses Siri and Microsoft uses Cortana. All female the last time I checked.
