I've been looking on Craigslist for a used video card, I almost got one a few blocks from my home but I snoozed and it was sold just minutes prior to me contacting the seller.
Here's one that I would be interested in but this one is "screaming" SCAM.

I did order one on eBay, a R9 280X 3Gb for cheap.
