I built my "used parts" computer yesterday. I have a couple more parts to swap into it coming on Friday. One is a video card from Georgia. I received notification to expect it Wednesday (tomorrow), then yesterday I received another notification to expect it tomorrow as well. A couple of hours later I received notification that it was going to be delivered early....Friday

I also have a larger power supply coming to power this card.

You may have paid a lot for the video card when you bought it but check the price of it now with the chip shortage. Most likely it is triple what you paid for it.
Good point. Current price really is almost double than what I paid for it.

Looks like you're getting a really good mid range video card at a pretty decent discount compared to everything else out there.

Nothing quite like a new PC with quality parts and no bloatware. :matrix:

No worries. Last week was moving week. 2 trucks, 17k pounds. Haven't had many spare minutes. Good to be working again though....

We had a pretty good sized electric motor burn up at work this morning. Elevator pump motor. I heard it arcing then smelled the magic smoke. Turned off the power to it and that seemed to take care of it. I had the fire department come down and look at it which is just what they did. I'm talking some major magic smoke.

That smell stays with you, I had an ac drive go up yesterday and the quote was probly 50% up from a year ago for a similar drive.
