My comment is about putting Windows 11 into safe mode. It is simple enough in Windows to have it reboot into safe mode. Type "System Configuration" in search, then check the box under "Boot" for safe mode and restart.

Here's how Geek Squad had me do it. Those people are so sad!
1. Click on the "Start" button located on the Taskbar
2. Click on the "Settings" button
3. Click on "System" then click on "Recovery"
4. Click on "Restart now" located next to the "Advanced Startup" option
5. Windows 11 will verify the user wants to restart. Click on "Restart now"
6. Windows will present a blue screen advanced troubleshooting screen. Click on the "Troubleshoot" option then click "Advanced Options"
7. The blue screen will change to the "Advanced options" section. Click on the "Startup Settings" option
8. When the "Startup Settings" screen opens, click on the "Restart" button in the lower right corner
9. When the computer restarts, a list of different startup options will show. Instruct the client to press the "5" or "F5" button on the keyboard to select "Enable Safe Mode with Networking" NOTE: Booting to Safe Mode with Networking grants the client's computer to boot with the benefits of Safe Mode and if it can connect to the internet. Booting to Safe Mode with Networking does not allow the computer to connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi and requires a hardwired Ethernet connection.
10. When Windows restarts, it will boot into "Safe Mode with Networking" and present the "Windows help & learning" website. Windows will display the word "Safe Mode" in the four corners of the display to indicate that the device is in Safe Mode. If the Ethernet symbol shows a valid connection (and not a red "X"), then the device has internet access.
