Depends on the condition of the table ways and head stock bearings in the milling machine. Could be a shatter bug if things are worn on those budget machines. Same thing with the rotary indexing table.
The collets, boring bar and bits look nice from what I can tell in the pic but with machining tools quality and wear is everything.
$600 seems fair if everything is in good working order.

ok, so now that i have a better internet connection i'm looking again at how to get dh some tv reception. sling tv is offering a free roku stick with one month of prepaid programming ($25 plan which includes espn - monday night football ;))
anybody here is using the roku?

I have a Roku stick, I have been happy with it, way better than the FireStick.

funny you bring that up tibs...just got in a roku stick and a firestick box today...was looking at sling vs vue packages ...just cut the cord this week on fios...have a kodibox but havent worked through all the crap yet...seems the big thing is trying to get live sports for me anyway...also looking at OTA antennas...

I dont know Sling TV at all, but I have both the Fire and Roku, and Roku is more responsive and doesnt have all of the Amazon advertising. The good thing about the Fire is that you can sideload Kodi on it.

One thing to be aware of though, at 5Mbs you may be cutting close for good HD streaming.
  • Netflix: 5.0 Mbps for HD
  • Amazon: 3.5 Mbps for HD
  • HBO Now: 3 Mbps for HD

why did you buy a roku? it comes free with one month prepaid of sling ;)

took the plunge and ordered this morning.
