Congrats TibsA D+ is way better than you had
So my VT75 nano is malfunctioningIt's only 2 months old, unfortunately I got it from GB.
Trying to talk to their support isn't easy.
Out of the blue it started to read resistance way higher than actual, also the temp readings are way out.
It don't operate properly in any mode TC or watts. Even in E-Scribe the atomizer analyzer reads 3 times the resistanceI opened it up & all looks good, the board screws are all there & the soldering looks solid.
I read a post at the Evolv forum & there is a guy with the exact same simptons, no solutions were offered in the replies.
I'm wondering if it could be the board, or their wanky 510 setup?
So should I keep trying to talk to GB support? or just try to replace the board my self?
If the board is the problem I'm pretty sure Evolv will help out, after the fact, if I explain I had an extra board & replaced it my self?
Any thoughts? do you's think it's a board issue or a 510 issue?
You could solder some leads to the board pos & neg outputs and connect a resistor/coil of known value to check the board. If it's not that then it has to be the 510, its solder joints or its wiring leads.
