Saw on the news tonight all four were charged with a hate crime. I have to wonder, if this happen a year ago would they have been charged the same? Doubt it.

Yea I saw that they did charge them:

• Jordan Hill, 18 - was charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, robbery, residential burglary;
  
• Tesfaye Cooper; 18 - was charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and residential burglary;
  
• Brittany Covington 18 - was charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and residential burglary;
  
• Tanishia Covington 24 - was charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

I was hearing them running on CNN that the hate crime laws cannot be applied in the case of a white male attack as they do not meet the definition of an oppressed group of people and hearing the Chicago PD were treating it as a battery assault saying kids do stupid things and this doesn't rise to the level of a hate crime & I got really ...... this morning. What they did to that boy -- forcing him to drink toilet water, beating, cutting, burning with cigarettes, torture over a 24 - 48 hour period (calling his parents with ransom demands) & throwing him out in the streets in shorts in Chicago. I was utterly incensed after watching the full Facebook video!

If he was not special needs, the charges of Hate Crime technically cannot be used because white American males are not the subject of discrimination or bias in this country according to early CNN reports.

How stupid are these four to think they would not get caught after live streaming it on Facebook! Talk about arrogance. They will probably intimidate the victim into saying they staged it as a joke.

I hope the police dig deeper into this, there are more that should be charged. How about all the friends of these four that were watching this live streaming and did nothing to report it? I hope lawyers contact the parents of that kid and offer to sue Facebook for letting that be streamed live for hours and hours, it's not the first time crimes have been stream live by the actors, Facebook should have some liability. They could delay the live stream and monitor it for content before allowing it to be uploaded, I'm sure some of it can be monitored with software, the rest they can afford to pay people to monitor, tell me they can afford it!

Things are already changing, as much as the left is going to fight they can stop progress, maybe they can delay and keep everything from going through but they can stop it. They know it, the next four years of the left fighting isn't about stopping Trump, it's all about setting themselves up to regain power. I have to give them credit, they are well organized, have long term plans and keep their eye on the bigger picture. They have been good at it for a long time, but the people are waking up, they have been exposed and will continue to be exposed.

It was a particularly bitter election cycle that they seem perfectly willing to perpetuate indefinitely. America, Republican & Democrat alike has to be disgusted by the tactics. DNC never taking blame for their own leaked words or Podesta's falling for the phishing scam because IT said it was legit, spinning that into Putin Hacking the Election, Delaying Trump's security brief until after the McCain televised hearing in Congress today that revealed no proof other than the heads of those agencies reaffirming that it was Russia & Putin under oath, hoping DT will start Tweeting stupid stuff on how he doesn't believe it when all Intelligence Services & Congress members do before the Counting of the Votes. The members questions to the Security Agency Heads were designed to fire Trump up into Tweeting in return to demonstrate he is unfit for the office.

It certainly smells like a setup, but I have been the boy who cried wolf so many times in this, I can only watch & see what happens tomorrow.

If that was true, that fits what Julian is claiming, it would also explain why everyone in the government, both on the left and the right is trying to blame it on Putin. I'm not sold it was Putin, why would he care who was elected, do you think it would matter to him one way or the other, neither one matters to him and he'll do as he damn well pleases. Because lying to the American People using the Intelligence Services as cover and risking raising tensions with a nuclear superpower & possibly start a war in the name of covering up yet another lie to Protect John Podesta involving so many people in the know and risk that it could fall apart if only one person had a conscience.

Not that I believe there are ethics in government, but I would like to believe our elected officials wouldn't go that far.

Besides, I would think it more likely while they were all in agreement they would deny just Trump the Presidency to avoid draining the swamp if they were going to go that far.

Election's over and I'm trying not to post political stuff.

The drip tips I posted are great. I've been using one on my Aromamizer v2 today and like it better than the stock tip. I bought a couple of other teflon drip tips (full, not coated) but they're blue and white. I've been using the white ones on a KF5 and like it. The blue has a slightly bigger hole though.

OK, I get the message. I said the same thing before Christmas and here I am posting about it again. Anywho, onto cheerier topics, I'll think of something.

One thing for sure, I need a new build, I'm feeling stressed this morning. I find myself wanting a fresh coil like I did when I use to say, I need a beer LoL. Nothing like vaping a fresh coil while kicking back. Well I'm off to the work (build) bench!
