Yea I saw that they did charge them:Saw on the news tonight all four were charged with a hate crime. I have to wonder, if this happen a year ago would they have been charged the same? Doubt it.
- Jordan Hill, 18 - was charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, robbery, residential burglary;
- Tesfaye Cooper; 18 - was charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and residential burglary;
- Brittany Covington 18 - was charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and residential burglary;
- Tanishia Covington 24 - was charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crime, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
If he was not special needs, the charges of Hate Crime technically cannot be used because white American males are not the subject of discrimination or bias in this country according to early CNN reports.
How stupid are these four to think they would not get caught after live streaming it on Facebook! Talk about arrogance. They will probably intimidate the victim into saying they staged it as a joke.
