Hey Cig, you love spending my money, don't you? I'll probably be ordering both the liquid and granular Bifen and a carpenter bee kit as well. Have too many ants in the lawn, or what I jokingly refer to as a lawn, and carpenter bees in all the sheds.

Ditto on the damn carpenter bees, they destroyed my deck, had to replace it.

SAVE THOUSANDS!!! Farm Girl says, "do your own pest control!!" DIY exterminating.
Bifen XTS (25.1%) is the answer to all our bug problems Kiba. Kills everything and is about 6 times cheaper than Ortho Home Defense Max (2.4%) once diluted with water. Safe for pets once allowed to dry.
Bifen XTS
I haven't sprayed anything... yet. My gf is really against it. I do make little spider traps though out of thin cardboard and strip of duct tape

She'll change her tune after she get's lyme disease or this from a recluse bite, show her these. This is what my buddy's hand looked like, then it spread to the inside of his thighs, huge black ulcers, like this thigh bite but each one was much bigger.

I get that, I hate to spray inside, I feel like I'm poisoning my family even if I'm probably not.
Once I started spraying outside on a regular schedule with Bifen XTS I haven't had to spray inside at all. It's been years since I've had to spray inside. No wasp nests or spider webs on the porches or eves anymore and I haven't seen a black widow or recluse in a very long time.

Those gaping sores are terrible but may have been preventable with an activated charcoal poultice (paste)
Step 1: If you think you may have been bitten by a venomous spider google it, lots of images out there to view.
Step 2: Make a paste by mixing a little water with activated charcoal powder removed by opening pill capsules.
Step 3: Apply 1/8 thick paste to 3x3 dressing pad and tape it down over red area firmly.
Step 4: Change dressing every 8 hours for first 3 days and every 12 hours for remaining days until redness disappears.

I don't know why this works but it does. I'm not a chemist but iirc it has something to do with the free electrons in the activated charcoal.

I don't like spray, either, and am ambivalent to bugs unless they decide to "bug" me. The Mrs., on the other hand, hates anything that creeps, crawls, scampers, slithers, flies or otherwise motivates on more than four legs or no legs. The ants in the yard are getting to me as are the moles, and the moles are still there after a treatment with stuff from a "Big Box" store.

Couldn't like that post, Willie. Now I'm more convinced I need to order that stuff.

That's good to know but if I get bit I'm going to the ER. My buddy, he was in his 60's, had a lot of health issues including being diabetic, had to have dialysis on a regular basis. He had to have part of his intestine removed because it had lesions, he recovered well and it was months later he got bit. He didn't tell anyone or see a doctor for three days, by then the wound had opened up, the doctors showed him how to clean it and gave him meds but he didn't follow their instructions. A few weeks later I went to see him and his hand was better but he showed me the black ulcers on the inside of his thighs, I asked what the doctors had to say and he told me he hadn't told them yet. About that time his daughter showed up, after a while I knew he wasn't going to tell her so I spoke up and made him show her so she would get after him. Another couple weeks and I got a call he was in the hospital and I better make the trip to see him, I knew it wasn't good. I made the trip to NJ, he was in bad shape, I stayed for a couple days. The last day there he said to me, "I can't believe I survived everything else and now a damn spider is going to kill me." Well everything was piling up against him and the outcome didn't look good, it wasn't just the bite, it was everything together but he may have survived if not for the bite and maybe if he had taken care of himself. When I got ready to leave he said to me, "When I get better I'm coming up to NY so we can go fishing again, where we caught all those crappie's that day." I shook his hand and told him I was going to hold him to it, knowing it was the last time I'd see him. A week later I returned to NJ for his services.

Ed, I miss you my friend, I'm still holding you to that fishing trip when we meet again.

24MM Gorge BF'er :) Rivalling my best tanks!
Nice smooth Air Flow, Plastic & SS Cap :)
810 Goon Tip, So far no spit back. Even for a shorter atty.
I dont imagine battery life will be very good on a single 18650.
It has a deep well that don't drain back 100%
With the Pulse 22 & now the Gorge 24, I'm falling deeper into the Dark Side!
