Done and re-wicked what I use most.
(lots of nautilus coils for Kabuki if I need to)
(And I have a car charger, and I have pass-through eGos)
In the process now.

All 11 lipo mods are charged. Working on going through the the 25+ 18650s now, mostly they are for the flashlights, but I do have 2-3 mods that can use them.

Oh, I am sure that is their model. Most anything "new" says "Delivery in 5 Business days" or whatever. I am OK with that, and I understand that delays are beyond their control.

They initiated the support ticket and said " For your information, it is better to choose an item which shows on our website as “ships next day” thus we can ship it soon." That just feels like they are blowing smoke up my ..... Simply tell me it is delayed, virtually nothing newly listed on their site is “ships next day” so telling me "it is better" is like saying, dont bother ordering anything newly listed, wait a few weeks until we show it in stock, which on most items is never because they are simply doing JIT.

I know it is JIT, so just simply tell me the vendor was late, sorry, we are working on it.

I think their problem is in having such a large catalog and significant language barriers in their customer service. Given the margins they likely work under, not a lot is going to be spent for the additional expense of better CS agents with more extensive language skills.

The thing I've found is that for authentic stuff, their prices are competitive with US vendors but not all that much better, and for me, not worth the difference to wait on fulfillment. They are still good for all the bits and pieces of tanks like replacement glass that are hard to find with US vendors, and things you can ignore until they finally show up.

Got all the outside pots inside the screen room and up against the house.
Tomorrow will bring the glass from the outside table into the house and then drag in those heavy as heck chairs. (if it looks like I'll need to)
Both propane tanks filled for the grill. Plenty of water and non-perishables (always).
Will fill up both bath tubs at the last minute (if I need to).
Cat cage at the ready.

Please be careful and stay safe. This does look like it will get really nasty. My thoughts and prayers for everyone in Florida and elsewhere affected by this storm.

well geez.
From the looks of the last report I will be moving stuff from the screen room to the garage tomorrow.
tisnogood.
I'd feel better if you moved yourself, farther north temporarily. Last reports show Irma's most probable path going through Tampa with sustained winds of 80-100 mph (possibly stronger). Hold on tight Classy!

Yes Classy, please play it safe and go!

Just found out my ex-son-in-law is in the path, I fear he'll try to ride it out. He has no fear of anything, he re-upped more times then I can remember to fight both in Iraq and Afghanistan, now he works as a private fighter with one of the black water outfits over there. I can't say I was sorry to see him leave my daughter and the two girls when they were little because eventually he'll come home in a box, then his new wife will have all the big money he's making.

My parents are refusing to budge. They are in their 80s and really not well.
So...staying close.
Besides, I'd rather be in my house than on the freeway during a hurricane.
75 N is a real parking lot.
But yea...this thing needs to move back East. Right now it's heading pretty much for my front door.
If you want to Google Earth, I am basically at SR54 (also called Wesley Chapel Blvd) and 75 (West side)

That's what my family in Jacksonville said. Wouldn't drive up to ga/tn line to stay with us and now that they realize they should they can't because there's no gas and all the roads out are apparently at a standstill.

We've desperately been needing some rain down here in N. Ga but not under these circumstances.

Stay safe.

Oh no..... I'm going to be praying and thinking of you and your family Classy. I realize you may loose the ability to post here for a while but please, if there is any way possible to connect through others and have them let us know your all OK we would be eager to hear your all OK. Dear Lord please watch over Classy and her family, we all are thinking of her, she's family here.

a miracle! bap's step-by-step instructions/tutorial complete with pics are still available in the old co-op thread!

https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/f...printed-mod-contacts-and-screws-co-op.570424/

at least they are showing for me :?:

It's all showing in great detail for me too, now would be the time to print pages to a PDF file and stash it!

Well it's light enough to see outside, I'm headed out to dig the hole for the concrete base to set the flag pole. I went to the local welding shop and got a short piece of pipe the flag pole would slide into, welded it to a flat base of sheet metal and used it to set the pole in different spots in the yard so I could view it from distance and all angles to pick the best spot. At 2 AM this morning I was out there moving it around the yard with the flag on the pole and the spot lights shining straight up on it. Had a couple cars slow to a crawl to see what the hell that nut job Wilson was up to this time in the middle of the night LoL. I settled on the spot and have been waiting for daybreak, I'm excited to get it all set up today! I wanted to have it done for memorial day but couldn't get to it because I was fixing a lawn mower that put me days behind my plans..... Well I'm off to dig and play with mud!

Classy, stay safe is all I can say. We have a close friend, outside of Tampa, and we tried to get her to come up here earlier this week. I even offered to drive down to get her and her dog. But...nope. Problem is the shelter near by won't take pets, what kind of shelter is that, and the nearest one that will is too far, at least in her opinion. She's in a condo/retirement community and a bunch of them are going to ride it out. It's too late for her to move now so I hope things go well. 100+ mph can take the roof off a house and she has a "lake", actually a large catch basin with alligators, about 100 feet from the back door.

I have seen some posts that if you can't use your cell phone that you can still text ??
How is that ?

That actually depends on why you can't use your cell phone.

As an example, when the earthquake happened in Virginia and "echoed" on up here I couldn't make a cell phone call because all the "circuits" were busy with people saying "did you feel that?". Voice communication takes a lot of bandwidth and time. Texting still worked because it takes far less bandwidth, and time, and can be "tucked in" between words of voice communications.

If the cell towers go down, either literally blown down or run out of power, voice and text won't work.
