No service.
you must have had a smidgen of a signal - why else would there be all those stories of people lost who could not reach 911? :?:

aha! google to the rescue! ;)
''Well, if your provider doesn't have coverage in that area, your phone will show that it has no service. But, another provider may offer coverage there and will transmit your 911 call for you, so definitely give the call a try. ... As long as it has battery power and can reach a signal, your phone can connect to 911.''

I was gonna say it looked fine before. Now it's pristine! I can't find a place to put a mod down on my workbench right now.
Thats how mine felt, and I have 4-5 little projects to knock out this weekend, needed space to see myself think.

Nice job! How about cleaning mine up for me, you do a better job then I do! My method is; shove until something hits the floor, then what ever space is left is what you got to work with. I do quarterly clean ups in the shop and they follow the seasons. Except this spring, I backed my utility trailer up to the shop and started tossing stuff out, made three trips to the dump from just the shop. They weight you on the way in and out then charge by weight, last load was just over 800 lbs, of junk! Right now I have the most room in my shop that I've had in twenty years and it feels so good to see so much empty space, and with the new LED shop lights it's nice and bright in there, but the work bench, it's already piling up again.....

Yeah, I have those four or five projects to get to, too, but the four or five under way already never seem to get completed either.

Me too, but they'll have to wait until after the first snowfall, no time for mod tinkering right now.

Repaired 3 mods, medium complexity repairs, and started building the BAP60. Took care of modding the charger slot, that was tough, ended up using a hot-knife and an exacto knife, and about an hour of hacking. Nicked the bottom lip a hair on the outside, so it also now has a slight birthmark. Taking my time applying several coats of CA tonight.

Enough for one day, will finish the BAP60 tomorrow.

So due to Equifax I put a freeze on my credit reporting even though they say my info is not included.
So I check on my wife's and they say that it's probably stolen and I recommended that she put a freeze on her info too.
She say's "no, it's OK...............DUH
I'm pretty sure I can "do it" for her.

Yeah, Equifax, trusted (not) credit reporting. I saw an article that mentioned you could check to see if your data was breached, so I clicked the link. After all, if you've ever had a credit card or a loan you're in Equifax databases. The link turned out to be to a page to sign up for their "credit monitoring" which is what got breached. Now, I see commercials offering a "free scan of the dark web" to see if you show up...like anyone would trust them to protect the data needed to run that scan in the first place. To me that indicates they really don't care very much at all about the data that was lost. They should be notifying, probably by snail mail, everyone that was hacked, but that would cost "real" money.

Somehow I think companies should be liable for any and all damages from these kinds of leaks/breaches. They all present themselves as "trustworthy" and you can feel safe with trusting them to protect your sensitive information, then get sloppy with security and we end up paying the price for it.

I've been using LifeLock for years, for other reasons and they have caught a number of breaches for me. I sure hope they are keeping their security tight and current.

Isn't that wonderful of them. It's also nice that the were so "prompt" announcing the breach. It only took about a month after it happened for them to announce it. That means they either didn't have a clue they were hacked for a while or they just sat on it for a while. Either way, really nice, although it's faster than all the other, major, stuff we've heard about. In some cases the announcements were made a year after the breach.
