ERM PLUS S/N 030 battery no longer filling up with magic pixies! I knew it was time limited as S/N 031 stopped accepting pixies a couple weeks back. Glad I ordered two new pixie storage banks when 031 blocked pixies.

I'm reading as fast as I can! At least I didn't miss morning coffee.

No, I don't play any instruments, I did try to learn to play a guitar once because a buddy played and wanted to show me but I quickly lost interest, that's one hobby I never really got into.
I play the "stereo", quite well in fact. Thats as far as musical talent extends.

I missed it, was out at the vet with Leo who's now, officially, 138 pounds worth of puppy.

I used to play the accordion, showing my age again, since it was popular back then. Fooled with the piano as well and often think about getting a piano but there's nowhere to put one in this house. Lucky break withal the other "hobbies" that have come along.

The thing in Vegas just boggles the mind. I can almost, and stress almost, understand a "terrorist", at least they have some motivation, misguided as it may be, for their actions. This guy, so far, seems to have planned it out for maximum carnage and I haven't heard a peep about motivation other than the obvious one of causing death and injury. But why? It's something I just can't get my head around.

Life is a crap shoot just getting out of bed. I don't feel there's any reason to cower but being "situationally aware" is becoming a much more important fact of life.

Yes it is hard to think how someone could plan out and do something like that, it takes evil or a sickness, a terrible sickness so outside the norm. There is so much hate in the world today, that doesn't help. You can't escape it, it's on the news and now some of the talk shows 24-7, don't expect things to get better until people stop hating each other, that's where evil find roots and grows from. A truly sad day, I didn't expect to be flying my new flag at half staff so soon. I need to stop watching the reports and find something to keep my mind busy. The personal stories from people who were there breaks my heart.
