i knew ;) but that doesn't help when the critters refuse to touch the stuff! :D

Yeah, even though our dogs like some veggies I have my doubt's they'd eat pumpkin. But I never would have guessed it "could" be beneficial to pets, I would have thought it'd give them the poop's, not help with it.

Speaking of pumpkin, I'm the only one in my family that loves pumpkin pie, I get the whole pie for myself on Thanksgiving and that's fine with me! :)

I "love" pumpkin pie, but it has to be the cinnamon variety, NOT the nutmeg variety.

Try mixing a spoonful of pumpkin with dry food. We have been giving our Japanese Spitz pumpkin, yogurt, scrambled egg, beef, & chicken in her food since she was a year old. Usually either yogurt, or pumpkin. But she gets the meat &/or egg on occasion.
She loves the pumpkin. When I open the can, she gets really excited. She only gets a couple spoons full in each meal (she only gets 1 meal a day). Her breeder suggested those additives to her food.

Just had to toss in a pic of the happy girl. She’s trying to hide in the closet at bedtime, cause she wants to sleep in mommy & daddy’s room.
Just my 2 cents (off topic, but I just thought it may help Willy & his little buddy)
Back to vape talk, thanks for playing.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Steamer, I still say it would be easier to put a five gallon bucket full of liquid in a wagon. A small pump to handle "on demand" feed would work well. Plus, with the wagon, you could add a car battery or two and not run out of power or liquid for a few weeks or a month.

Leo eats pumpkin with no problem, mixed in with his kibble and chicken. He normally gets chicken, both cooked and raw (with bones) as well as beef and fish. When I prep dinner I usually make a portion for him, too, so he gets what we are having. He's a gentlemen around food and leaves us alone while we eat which is a good thing. He's big enough to table or counter surf without having to get his paws up on the table or counter.

We get emails from our vet, this tip came just a couple days ago, who knew?
Does Canned Pumpkin Help with Dog ........?
Most dog owners :p

Easy to mix with dry food or other snacks. I've never met a dog that didn't like pumpkin though. Make sure it's just pumpkin and not pie filling or other added sugars and spices.
