@Phone Guy How does yours wick? Mine seems to be on the brink of flooding all the time.
I stuffed a huge wick inside to slow down the wicking But still seems to be real wet.
I wonder if I have a bad Oring some were? The cap seems to be metal on metal when I tighten it, maybe that Oring isn't thick enough? I'm going to try a thicker one on the cap :)
Besides this all most flooding thing, I think this thing is amazing! I only have a single coil in it, on a DNA75 & it's vaping like a Boss!
Wicks like crazy. High VG liquid and yes, the wicks are always saturated.

I've built it a few times over the past couple days. Tried the single coil in the center, it was OK... I like the flavor better from the dual Coils and better direct coil air flow. Right now I've got a 6 wrap parallel 28g SS316 (12 wires total per coil), on a 2.4mm screwdriver, ohms are rock solid at 0.16 vaping 450f @ 60w on my ERM+ (#046) wicked with rayon today, I generally use KGD cotton but wanted to test the rayon for the exact same reason you asked about.... Now like you I really like the vape from this tank. It guzzles liquid! I have yet to fill it with a syringe and actually measure if it is in fact 4ml? But I'm going thru way more liquid in this atty versus my last few attys.

I've done dual coil 5 wraps 28g SS316 on 3mm and KGD, don't remember the ohms (0.32 I think?) vape was good with that setup too.

I completely cleaned mine today, and this time I didn't lube the upper deck, because the twisting base (for me) went from too tight to twist by hand, then too easy to twist.. Right now (2 tanks in so far tonight), no issues, great vape, twists with what I feel is the correct amount of force.

As for wicking, I've tried lots of cotton like the videos said, but I don't think you need that much. I think the important part is to firmly push the cotton up against the walls of the build deck where the liquid holes are. That's the key (I think?)

Last point, the oring in the top cap when the chimney stem goes in, I can see mine makes contact with the oring. A video reviewer mentioned removing the oring from the top cap hole and putting it on (around) the chimney stem.. He said for better airflow, I tried that and I personally didn't see (feel) any difference, but if you think your oring isn't sealing against the stem while it's inside the top cap, maybe try it around the stem and see if the top cap seals it against the honeycomb.

Hope all that rambling made sense.

Not my prettiest Coils, but that wicking has been thru 2 tanks of liquid. And I don't know if you guys can see the tank is half full standing upright because of the upper deck being twisted closed and no juice leaks out, that's cool to me [emoji41]

Thanks :) The small O ring in the centre of the cap is fine, it was the larger one around the diameter of the cap i suspected. I put in a thicker one, it seems to be good now :)
I am running so many dual coil set ups, I thought because it would be a little harder to set up with out the velocity deck I would run a single in here. I'm happy with the single coil set up & the wicking seems to be under control now.

The capacity is small I think about 4 mils & wow for a single coil it really uses it up fast!
IMO this atty is a good fit for the single 18650 Silo 75 :)
My second Silo 75 will also have a single coil config, KF V5 :) Mine shipped today :)

I caught this flick yesterday :) Laugh Out Load Funny! Funniest flick I seen In a while :)

Saw it last week and I agree it had a few laugh out loud moments but much of the "humor" was so course, buffoonish and frankly revolting that I'm glad waste money on a ticket. Great concept that could have been a really great movie if it was done with a bit more class.

It's R rated humour for sure :) I find movies today especially comedies just aren't funny! I can't even remember the last time I laughed out loud at a scene in a movie :)
There were a few scenes in this one that had me rolling :)

I hate "stupid" movies. Comedy as a genre has changed drastically over the past 20 years... Oh wait, maybe it's me that's changed over the past 20 years?

Either way, a good comedy is hard to come by now a days. I appreciate "witty" not dumb.

When I was a kid, comedians were funny as hell and they never told a fart or sex related joke. Times have changed, now even the kids cartoons are worse then back then, sad. Red Skelton and Carol Burnett are two that pop in my head, in fact Red always ended with God Bless.

Sitting down, facing forward.
Another problem with comedy, today, is that the "PC Police" will come down like a ton of bricks. Mel Brooks could never make the movies he did like "Blazing Saddles" or "History of the World" today. Even a movie like "Galaxina" would be attacked and demonized by the PC crowd.

I do not believe this one would meet your criteria. There were a few originally witty moments and certain societal portrayals that were so sadly true they were classic but they were far outweighed by moronic and revolting scenes that I can't imagine anyone actually committing to video.

Don't forget Bob Hope, Bob Newhart, Byrnes & Allen, Martin & Lewis, Abbott & Costello, Johnny Carson and so many others - The Classics. Tim Conway and Harvey Korman always had me rolling on the Carol Burnett Show.

Wow You guys are Old!

Comedy is subjective, There aren't to many good comedians who don't talk dirty & swear!
Jerry Seinfeld comes to mind but not many others.
I don't mind the dirty foul mouth humour. I think Richard Pryor, George Carlin & Rodney Dangerfield were some of the funniest comedians, of all time! Their not exactly what you could call "Clean" :)
