Do you use Rayon Bill? It flows juice so well that getting your juice warmed up for better flow to the wick is really not necessary. My attys get warm but never hot, even after 8-10 pulls at 100+ watts on a dual coil rda. There is a magic power setting too, a little too low and the larger vapor drops make the atty hot fast, a little too high and the atty gets hot too, hit the magic power level and the atty produces a super fine mist which helps with keeping the atty cool and the flavor knocks your face off on the FIRST pull.
All the stars have to align for it to happen ie coil symmetry, coil positioning, wick density, thinned wick tails, airflow setting etc but I'm getting better at making it happen.

No, I haven't tried Rayon yet. When I first got into organic cotton I bought two bales from a Japanese farmer a few miles away from Fukushima. And when you turn off the lights at night you can see a slight glow from them (j/k). But no, I did buy a lot from Japan directly really. It's the best cotton that I have tried.

There was one RDA that I bought that came with a string like wick. I don't even remember what that was supposed to be. Any guesses? I think I ran across that rope wick again with some sort of cheap RDA obviously meant for MTL. I bought them for two bucks apiece and they were precoiled (like 2 ohms I think) and had the string wick installed. They just space wrapped 32g Kanthal around the wick. The airflow hole was really tiny. Maybe I could have got a 30g wire it there, just maybe. And they were just horrible. And those string wicks tastes something horrible. I think those iClear tanks used the same wicks.

Back to heat thinning the juice. Yes, I am sure it does, but I am not sure that is it. As flow isn't generally a problem for me. But you could be right, I dunno. I'm not a professional cook or anything but just a bachelor cook. But I think of cooking and vaping has a lot of similarities. And one thing they have in common is temperature is very important for best results.

Some various sizes of silica rope used for wick.

If you ever want to try rayon I'll send you some, I have one of those big boxes of the Sally's rayon that would last a few people a life time.

Years ago when I decided to rebuild the coil heads for my kanger t3s clearo's I used silica wick I got at my local vape shop, one day when I cut it under a bright light I could see tons of tiny slivers of fibers floating in the air. Not something I want to breath into my lungs, I went right to cotton, then years later rayon.

Huh? There was coffee in my first CoOp. :w00t:
When I started you had to be "sponsored" to host a co-op, they eventually did away with that requirement. Rookie "Hosts" were scrutinized closely.

Some foolish lady (Tibs) took a chance and actually sponsored me, little did she know where I would go with it.

I'm quoting my own post again (translated: I screwed up again).

I meant to say magic power setting when using power mode. Of course when using TC it would be a magic temp setting.
